Replacement grease seals. Double-lip design helps keep water out and grease in.

I ordered tires and grease seals. Parts were great, but one of the grease seals was damaged bc they shipped them in the same box with one of the tires in only a padded envelope. The is not the first time I've had issues with how etrailer ships ther parts.

I am sorry for how the seals were packed in the order. We can have them replaced. Keep an eye out on your email. We will be in touch.

by:

James helped me with my order and everything worked out great. The seals were the correct size
and sealed the grease from coming back into the drum.

FYI these seals fit the dexter 3000lb axles.

Also I received them sooner than expected.

Thank you James!

by:

No one in town had these and I had no good reference numbers off of the old seal - etrailer's customer service reps helped me match up a new seal based on my axle make and bearing size and these are a perfect fit.

Thanks for taking the time to follow up with me. Ive only put a few hundred miles of use on the trailer but everything is working great. Ive actually recommended etrailer to my father, a friend of mine and anyone at work who would listen made easier by the fact that I had everything I ordered shipped to my job instead of home. Barring an emergency situation that requires an immediate solution you have my business in the future.

by:

These double lip seals keep the dust and water out of the bearings. I repack my boat trailer bearings with red-n-tacky grease every other year and replace the bearing seals. I have never been left at the side of the road.

by:

etrailer has the best customer service and online order process. I ordered these seals for my travel trailer, trusting that the website information that said they would fit my trailer was correct. I got an email the day after I ordered them (I ordered in the evening) stating to the effect of thanking me for the repeat business and letting me know that the seals had been shipped. In that email, it said I would receive them NLT the next Wednesday, I was a little bummed because I wanted to install them this weekend, but what ever. Much to my surprise they showed up in the mail this morning, 5 days early. Woohoo! They were the exact replacement for my trailer, part number matched etc. After they showed in the mail today, I got an email from Carol C telling me the showed that they had been delivered, and politely asking if I would do this review. I think that that type of customer engagement in todays world is a rarity. Keep up the great work George J. and Carol C. You and your great product at a reasonable price are what make me think of etrailer.com any time I need trailer or towing products.

by:

Full bearing repack requires a new set of seals. These work great.

by:

Exactly as described. I used e-trailer’s grease seal guide and based on their guide, the seals were a perfect fit for my 2023 Jayco 264bh.

by:

Received the grease seals quicker than promised. And undamaged. Thank you very much. I will continue to use etrailer.com.

by:

They work great, never worry about water getting past them, I repack boat trailer bearings every year and always buy these seals from etrailer

by:

No issues, works fine. Be sure to liberally grease between seal lips and keep everything clean. Important that buyers tighten axle nut properly for long life, as well as making sure bearings are properly lubed with quality grease. I also balanced the trailer wheels, as an out-of-balance wheel will shorten bearing life.

by:

They were shipped in the same box as springs. Half of them are bent from the springs. What the heck etrailer

You are right. I would be unhappy too. I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you.

by:

Website is easy to use, search filters are accurate and function well.
Order and shipping information is quick and detailed.
etrailer is my 'Go To' site for parts.

by:

Navigating the website is easy, the store selection is thorough and the shipping was extremely efficient. This site will be my go-to for trailer supplies.

by:

Good quality double lip oil seal shipped in 2 days, who could ask for a better experience

by:

Nice quality. Used on a 5th Wheel RV.

by:

Like others say great seal, good selection, fast delivery. I was a bit surprised at the E-Trailer packaging. I ordered 12 seals for 3 different SIZE trailers and all 12 were in ONE BAG. So some seals are VERY CLOSE in size to each other, like 2.33 x1.50 vs a 1.68. Needless to say you have to be a McGiver to be doing your own seals anyway, but I had to "Mike" each one and look for numbers on each & seperate for boat or Dune Buggy Trailers. Thats another thing, Taiwan & China ? And the numbers on these new seals are different than the standard Dexter Transcom National or NOK. Good thing my old seals had those numbers, these dont. Keep good NOTES ! Good Luck next owner if I sell.

by:

I have always been satisfied with the help I get from etrailer! Very professional

by:

Exact replacement, quality seems good.

by:

Received in ziplock bag without any mar kings.

by:

Very nice double lip seals….at least as nice or better than the original Dexter seals…AND for w WAY better price.

Super fast shipping, too!

by:

by:

Prompt service, exceptional customer service when an error on my part occurred. Exactly the part I needed.

by:

Just replaced after 11,000 tough (Alaska, Yukon…) miles. These seals held up well.

by:

  • Replacement Bearings and Seals for Lippert 4,400 Lb Axle
The Lippert 4,400 lb axles use the same bearings and seals as a Lippert 3,500 lb axle so you can use the Bearing Kit for #84 Spindle part # BK2-100 or just the Grease Seal part # RG06-050.

  • Replacement Rotors and Calipers Needed for a 2003 Mastercraft Single Axle Boat Trailer
To determine the correct Hub and Rotor for your 2003 Mastercraft single axle boat trailer you will need to determine what the inner and outer bearing part numbers are inside the hub, the brake mounting flange bolt pattern and the correct bolt pattern for your wheels. In my experience the Mastercraft boat trailers have an integrated hub and rotor that utilizes oil bath seals and caps. The integrated hub and rotor would need to be removed and a new hub and rotor would be needed to replace...

  • What is the Inner and Outer Diameter of the 10-19 Double Lip Seals
The double lip seal has an inner diameter of 1.719 inches and an outer diameter of 2.565 inches. The seal used in bearing kit # BK2-100, are also sold in pairs, # RG06-050. I have also included a link to the bearing kits we offer. To determine the correct bearing kit or replacement parts, you will need to retrieve the inner and outer bearing numbers stamped in the metal of the bearings. The grease seal fits inside the hub bore, so the outer diameter is important.

If you are talking about the race or cup as it is sometimes called, you would use # L44610. But if you are talking about the seal then it will either be a 10-19, # RG06-050, with inner diameter of 1.719 inches and outer diameter of 2.565 inches; or it will be a 10-60 seal, # RG06-020, with 1.500 inch inner diameter and 1.987 inch outer diameter. We also have various spindle washers if that is what you mean. I have linked them for you.

Since the axle in the photo is a Lippert 3,500 lb axle the bearings you need are part # L68149 for the inner and part # L44649 for the outer. You need part # RG06-050 for the seals. You can remove your existing hub to check the bearing numbers stamped on the side of the bearing to double check but these are the most common bearings and seals used on that axle. You can also use the kit part # BK2-100 that comes with the cotter pin and tang washer. If you are looking for your bearing numbers...

  • How to Identify Replacement Grease Seal on Trailer
There are a few different ways you could find out the correct replacement grease seal for your trailer. One is to contact the manufacturer. Assuming they are still in business they should be able to tell you what grease seal was used. If that doesn't work, you could identify the axle and hubs assuming these are original parts. Axle capacity can also be a good indicator, but depending on the manufacturer it may not follow the standards. For example, if you have a 3,500 lb axle it probably...

The outer bearing you have, # L44643, is very close in size to bearing # L44649. These two bearings fit different size spindles. So in other words the larger L44649 bearing would be very loose on the spindle that normally takes the L44643. Measure the diameter of the spindle where the outer bearing sits using some digital or dial calipers. If the measurement is 1 inch then L44643 that you have is correct.
