Question:
How can I choose the right seals for my wheel bearings to purchase before I ruin the old ones when I pull everything apart to repack them. Thanks

There are a few different ways you could find out the correct replacement grease seal for your trailer. One is to contact the manufacturer. Assuming they are still in business they should be able to tell you what grease seal was used. If that doesn't work, you could identify the axle and hubs assuming these are original parts.
Axle capacity can also be a good indicator, but depending on the manufacturer it may not follow the standards. For example, if you have a 3,500 lb axle it probably uses 10-19 grease seals like the # RG06-050.
The other option is to pull the hub off and either find a part number or measure using a digital caliper like the # PTW80157. The grease seal will be visible without actually removing it from your hub. You could also get the inner diameter by measuring your spindle.
I have attached a helpful article which lists the most common bearings and grease seals based on axle capacity for your reference.
