Within an hour I received an e-mail that the order was being processed. A short time later i received an e-mail that the order had shipped . I received my order on Friday the 21st. I have installed the Rack in my truck and it looks great. I am a return customer and would recommend etrailer to anyone in the market for any items they may need. Etrailer your great. More expensive than other racks but I was impressed with the quality of the components, the directions and even the packaging. I wanted racks that I could adjust as low as possible to ease the loading of kayaks and just clear the cab. These adjust to just about any height you'd want in 3/4 inch increments. My only doubt is whether the C clamps that secure the bases to the bed rails might loosen over time.
They seemed good was relatively easy to put together the look pretty. If you happen to bump into anything with them slowly or not they will pop at the aluminum base on the side of the truck. As always with racks you should be aware of any items hanging but it did not slow down or give a warning you bump into something it just snapped. They are light and easy - also make sure to lubricate the parts that move or they can bind up.
The Thule rack has met all of my expectations quality, ease of installation, and versatility. My install is on a utility trailer used for various tasks. Removing and replacing the rack takes about 15 minutes, highly recommend this product.
got it put together, when it arrived i was a little bummed , shipping wasn't kind to my rack, has some dents in the cross bars but, i put some surfboard pads on and i can live with it. It works great, just went and bought a massive SUP board so all is good.

Easy transaction, the box arrived torn but there was nothing missing or damaged. Great price and service. Had a question and called and spoke to Lori AB. and received excellent service. Have purchased from etrailer before and will continue to make purchases with them.
Very expensive with poor bolt design for top rails. Bolts can easily fall out. Replacement bolts from Thule require the purchase of a whole package for $52. For the price expected a better design
End caps broke within a week. Poor design. Rack are not as sturdy as I thought they would be

Fantastic Product - this is my second time purchasing this system. Nothing wrong with first set except they were silver and I wanted black on my all black truck. I use this for transporting Kayaks and fishing rods using the additional ski racks. I have used this product for over 10 years and it been on multiple trucks from Nissan Titan to Chevrolet 2500 and 3500 as well as F-350 ford. Cant say enough, Thule is the only brand I would consider.
Ability to raise and lower the rack is very useful. It allows me to keep the boats as low to the ground/truck cab as possible for easier loading/unloading. I can raise the rear rack and load a motorcycle without removing it. I have removed the endcaps and run straps through the crossbars and was able to load two 17 aluminum canoes at once. Note, the endcaps are a bit delicate and extremely expensive to replace!
I recently made a 4 hour trip home after picking up a new kayak while using the following equipment for the first time: Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack, Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carrier w/Tie-Downs - J-Style, Thule Watersports Adapter for Aeroblade/Aeroblade Edge Bars and Thule Bow/Stern Tie-Downs. I'm impressed with the performance of all of those components.

With a years use now on the racks, Ive been pleased with them. The C clamps have needed to be tightened once, maybe twice but I have used the racks many times and sometimes on some fairly rough roads.
