  The 422xt and all of the adapters associated with it were discontinued a while back so we don't have a way to adapt it to fit your 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Only real solution we'd have would be a new Thule Xsporter part # TH500XT-XK4 which does fit your truck and would work well.   If you are wanting to install the Thule Xsporter Pro on your 2016 Toyota Tacoma the correct part number is # TH500XT-XK4. The # THXK3 you referenced is for the older Tacomas. For your 2016 Tacoma the included adapter is the part # THXK4 which is what your truck would need.
