Received item quickly, even though it was over the holiday weekend. It took a little longer than 45 minutes to install. Husband hand to call in backup- as the holes did not quite line up (2005 auto must have settled a little). So far so good.
Doesn't line up the bestWorked great after I finally got it installed!! Holes drilled in hitch were not centered properly - off by as much as 3/16". Took alot of prying and torquing between 2 people to line up & mount. After that, it looked and perfomed as expected, no complaints.
Awesone product, it was kinda of a pain in the rear when moving muffler around, but eventually when I got it in there threat was cake work, instructions were limited, but when I went to the website, they videos on how to do it... It when fine from there, product itself was great quality, I couldn't have asked for better and the price was phenomenal

Good ProductInstalled in 30 minutes with little effort. Some "adjustment" was necessary to get the mounting holes to align. Overall it is a well made product and I have no regrets. Shipping and communication was prompt and incredibly swift.

Item arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and complete. I watched the installation video from the etrailer site before beginning. Did the installation with the vehicle on the ground in my shop, by myself (67 yrs), whole process including dropping the spare tire (full size spare) and doing my own wiring harness took me about 1 1/2 hrs. Every hole lined up perfectly. Excellent product and a recommending to others looking for DIY trailer hitches.

The hitch continues to work very well. Was impressed enough to recommend to my brother, ordered and installed one on his Subaru.
This was a perfect fit for the 2002 Santa Fe. A word of advice. (2 people putting this on is advised) after I set it in place alone. I viewed the how to video on the website. I also ordered the wiring for the trailer hitch and viewed the how to video also. I did exactly the same on the trailer hitch but changed where I ran my wiring a little. I bought a 5ft trailer wire extension. Drilled a small hole towards the outside edge of where the spare tire sits.I cut a small slit in rubber plug underneath all the coverings in back area. Then ran my wire to actual hitch.
Good product, super-fast shipping, and exceptional customer service, which is very rare these days. This hitch looks better than the OEM since the Draw-Tite exposes only the receiver (most of the OEM hitch was exposed below the bumper).
Finaly got it in. Had to give etrailer.com a call because it apeared to be about 3/4" to short for the bolt holes to line up. They said it had to be flexed. OK this is a big piece of steal. all I did was but a c-clamp on the frame and used it for a point to pry fron with a pry bar. It worked great. etrailer.com's help was great. The videos where a life saver. anyway 5 big stars.
Installed by myself with ease . Both hitch and wiring harness fit perfectly. Recommend these products. This is my second installation of these items for two different vehicles and all installed and functioned correctly.

The trailer hitch arrived right on time and I was able to install it without help. It is a sweet fit for my 06 Santa Fe.
I ordered a trailer hitch and wiring for my Hyundai Santa Fe. Everything was delivered within 2 days of order, with free shipping. I installed everything without any problems. Great products and customer service.
I give this a 4 start for one reason and one reason only. It arrived very quickly after ordering packaged well, great customer service and quality. Now the reason I give 4 stars is because i had to slightly modify my bumper to allow the receiver to fit tight to the rear. I had to cut a few places out where the tubing was bumping preventing the holes from lining up. I believe the mounts should be a hair higher than they are now to create adequate head space for the receiver, that is my only gripe. Besides that it fit very well and will do just as it's supposed to, hope this helps anyone!
Very happy with the etrailer Hitch Receiver. The item was promptly shipped once it was ordered, and even arrived a little early. It was well boxed and arrived in perfect condition. This custom made hitch is well made and fit perfectly on my car making installation easy.
Good price and fairly easy to install. The vehicle it went on (2004 Santa Fe) unfortunately got totaled last fall :-(
but we were easily able to remove the hitch and put it on a 2005 replacement Santa Fe. Works great and is an economical option.
Although my trailer hitch was delivered promptly and all parts and instructions were included, it doesn’t align with the holes on one side. I got four bolts in on the drivers side but only one bolt on the passenger side with the remaining two bolt holes misaligned as though the trailer hitch was bent towards the middle. I will take it to my auto repair shop and ask them to help me with the remaining bolts.
