the axle was good bad measuring on my part center to center holes was 1/2 inch off i had to lengthen the mounting holes, other than that (my fault ) it was great

As far as expediting my order it was the best service ive had, i ordered my axle on sunday eve and it was ready to go that night. I wont be engaging my trailer project until spring but if its as good as other items i have ordered from etrailer then ill be very happy. Thank you
The original axle on my trailer suffered a catastrophic event, making it absolutely unusable. The replacement from etrailer fit like a glove and installed in a very reasonable amount of time. I couldn’t be happier.
I only received an axle, no idler hubs. As shown on the website and in the illustration above, I received only a straight axle with no idle hubs attached as expected. I am hoping for a quick and speedy resolution to this.
I purchased two of these axles to replace my old square ones. They appear to be good quality but they arrived damaged. The grease fittings on the ends were smashed because packaging wasn't adequate. I've emailed back and forth and was shipped the wrong parts for replacement. In the end I was told I'd have to cut the spindles off and replace them. All I need is new grease zerks that thread on the ends of the axles. Be prepared to purchase these on your own because customer service is subpar on a remedy and the way they package them for shipping does not prevent damage.

Its a shame that the end zerk fittings have arrived damaged. We recommend that the most cost efficient way to correct this, would be to replace the zerk fittings with part # Gzerk. I have sent this information over to our customer service department for them to get into contact with you.

Axle arrived on time and as advertised. It was packed securely. Easy to install for 2 people. No discernible tire wear on either side. Very please with the price as well as the performance of the axle.
