The rotors, calipers, and brackets all carry a protective Maxx coat finish that withstands more than 1,000 hours of salt spray—three times longer than Dacromet or zinc. Drain holes in the hat section let water escape easily to keep internal parts dry. It’s a solid choice for trailers that see fresh water or winter road salt.
Long grades and heavy loads can build heat fast, but these vented rotors shed it quickly. The combination of conventional venting and DeeMaxx’s unique drainage holes moves air through the rotor to prevent fade and premature pad wear. Cooler operation means steady braking performance when you need it most.
Everything you need comes in the box—hub-rotor assemblies pre-loaded with bearings, races, seals, caps, wheel bolts, and lug nuts—so installation is straightforward. The calipers have laser-etched bleeding instructions right on the housing to make setup and maintenance simple. All you’ll need to complete the system is a hydraulic brake actuator rated at 1,500 psi or above (sold separately).
Each kit includes two Maxx coat cast iron hub-rotor assemblies built with automotive-grade materials for long service life.
