Question:
I would like to replace brake kit on a 10k dual axle palm beach trailer. I wanted to go SS backs in the pads but maybe that’s over kill. Can u suggest what package works best I did receive a suggested package already but can’t access it right now. Let me know what u think maybe a good one and best one? Pads are shot for sure lots of rust on rotors etc ....might just do the entire thing.... Thanks

With the severe corrosion on your DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit # DE28YR you will most likely want to move to stainless steel components. We do offer the Maxx Coat Rotors/Stainless Calipers # DE58YR which is a more price conscious upgrade. Otherwise if you want to go fully stainless you will need the Stainless Steel Kit # DE54VR along with 2 Stainless Steel Idler Hubs # KH42655S. These hubs will need the Inner Bearing # 25580, Outer Bearing # 15123 and a Grease Seal # GS-2125DL to be complete like the kits above.
Do note the kits above and the Grease Seal # GS-2125DL are for a spindle with a 2.125" inner diameter grease seal. If you have the larger 2.250 inner diameter Grease Seal # RG06-070 you will need to order those seals to replace the ones in either kit above.
If you feel you the caliper is okay to reuse you can get the Stainless Pads # DE98VR along with 2 new Rotors # DE69VR. You will need the Inner Bearing # 25580, Outer Bearing # 15123 and a Grease Seal # GS-2125DL or # RG06-070 to
