Hi Steve!

The DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit - 12" Hub/Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2 - Maxx Coating - 6,000 lbs # DE28YR will get you most of the way there and will match the 6,000 pound axle Dexter Bearing Kit, 15123/ 25580 Bearings, 10-36 Seal # DX26ER you have purchased a few times, but you will also need to swap out your actuator. Drum brake actuators do not put out enough pressure for disc brakes to work properly (1,000 to 1,200 psi for drum and 1,600 psi for disc).

Do you currently have a surge actuator or an electric over hydraulic actuator? We do have options for both.

Hey Steve, how did things go with the DeeMaxx disc brake kit and the new actuator setup? Were you able to get the right pressure for the disc brakes? Your update could make it easier for others planning the same switch from hydraulic to disc brakes.
