Hey David, yes the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit part # DE28YR will fit the 5,200 lb axles you have on your 2019 Keystone Cougar 338RLK as the 6k and 5.2k axles have the same spindles.
Does your trailer have disc brakes currently or do you need additional components?
