Yes! On the disc Acturator what is exactly the wiring diagram to connect to my trailer? Not really savvy on what wire goes where! Thanks for any help in this matter! Tom,

I've attached the wiring diagram for the Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Kit for Disc Brakes # HBA16-252-82 below as well as a video I made where I'll walk you through the installation process.

@Tom My image uploader pulled the wrong diagram. I've reuploaded the wiring diagram for the # HBA16-252-82 so you can ignore the radio fuse diagram.

If it is a 1000 psi then it would be the Hydrastar for drum brakes. The newest one is #HBA-10 and it has different wire colors, see picture. So you know that black is 12 volt power in and white is the ground. Blue/white goes to the break away switch.…

Hey Aaron, the DeeMax Disc Brake kit part #DE28YR that you referenced is designed to attach to a brake mounting flange that is on the trailer spindle. If your trailer was missing that the correct flange for a 6k axle would be the part #4-44-1.
