Hey Mark, we could help with the disc brake components but we don't have torsion axle replacements at this time so we can't help with a replacement axle. So when you order replacement axles from a local shop to you get them bare which means without hubs or brake assemblies.

Then for the disc brake components you'd want the part # DE28YR and then for a kit that comes with everything else you'd need to convert to disc brakes you'd want the part # HS381-9067 and you'd be set with the nicest disc brake conversion you can get for your camper.

Missing which Torsion axle, with 6 lugs rated 5200 torsion axle. This is for a boat and want best corrosion resistant. I also need to replace hitch to what? current the brake actuator moves 3 inches.

@MarkJ You will need to find a 5,200 lb torsion axle at a local trailer shop who can order in custom axles. If you check with them they will let you know what specs they need to get you correct axle. The Maxx coating of the kit I mentioned will do a great job fighting corrosion as thats what it was designed for. Are you in saltwater? You can weld the actuator so that it stops moving or if you let me know the width of your trailer frame up front I can let you know what coupler you can replace it with.
