Video Transcript for The Low-Down on the DeeMaxx Ceramic Brake Pads with Steel Back Plates- 3,500 lbs to 6,000 lbs

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a brief look at these DMAX ceramic brake pads with steel back plates. These brake pads are going to give you superior performance for more consistent braking, and these are designed for caliper's rated for 3,500 pounds to 6,000 pounds. Now these are going to withstand high temperatures without becoming malleable or worn, and they're going to last longer than organic and semi-metallic pads while producing less dust than NAO or semi-metallic models. Now these pads are chamfered as you can see here and slotted to help prevent squealing. And these feature, as you note out noticed, a yellow painted steel backing plate.

So you're going to receive what you see here on my table before me. You're going to receive two sets of pads to fit two break assemblies. Well, that's going to conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy.

Thank you for joining me.

  • Replacement Bearings, Grease Seal, And Brake Assemblies For A Lippert 4,400lb Trailer Axle
Hey Richard, Based on the axle tag you provided you'll need the following components: Inner Bearing # L68149 Outer Bearing # L44649 Grease Seal # 58846 (single) # RG06-050 (2pk) You'll also want to pick up some hi-temp grease # L11380 to pack your bearings and lube the spindle. To save some money you can purchase these all together with the # BK2-100 kit that you were already looking at. You'll need two kits per axle. If you have drum brakes then you'll need to replace your brake assemblies...

  • Replacement Brake Pads For A 2017 Fishing Holdings Trailer
Hi Quille, Manufacturers unfortunately don't have a list of their parts so you'll need to remove the wheel and take a look at the calipers to see if there's a part number stamped into them. Brake pads are pretty generic though so you can typically mix brands. For 3,500lb to 6,000lb axle capacities you can use the DeeMaxx Ceramic Brake Pads with Steel Back Plates # DE38VR. If you find a part number then let me know and I'd can confirm fitment.
