Hi Dave!

We do have two hub/rotor options that matches your bearings and bolt patter, and I have them listed below. Both are 12" rotors as well, which is what the bolt pattern and bearing numbers you have correspond to.

Kodiak 12" Hub-and-Rotor Assembly - 6 on 5-1/2 - Dacromet - 5,200 lbs to 6,000 lbs # KHR12D
DeeMaxx 12" Hub/Rotor Assembly - 6 on 5-1/2 - Maxx Coating - 6,000 lbs # DE69VR

I do need to note that neither of these include bearings, seals, or dust caps, so I have those below as well:

1.25" Bearing - 15123 - Qty 1 # 15123
1.75" Bearing - 25580 - Qty 1 # 25580
Grease Seal I.D. 2.250" / O.D. 3.376" # GS-2250DL

There are a couple different styles of caps, so you will need to choose the one that matches what you currently have. I have all three styles below:

Grease Cap, 2.44" OD Drive In - Qty 2 # RG04-060
Grease Cap, 2.44" OD Drive In with Plug - Qty 2 # RG04-080
Kodiak XL ProLube Kit for for 5,200-lb to 6,000-lb Axles # XLPROLUBE2440KIT
--This includes oil seals, so you would not need to purchase them separately

Now if you are wanting to upgrade your current disc brakes, the DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit - 12" Hub/Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2 - Maxx Coating - 6,000 lbs # DE28YR would be a great option. These are super sturdy and they include everything you need to upgrade them. Since you have two axles, you would need to grab two of the kits.

However, if you are wanting to do a complete overhaul of the entire braking system and not just the brakes, the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers - 12" Rotor - 6 on 5-1/2 - 6K # HYD44VR is what I would go with. This include everything you need for the brakes, all the lines to get them attached, and an electric over hydraulic brake actuator. I like the Hydrastar actuators more than any other currently on the market as they just seem to work the best. And with the most vehicles.

What vehicle are you pulling this with? And where do you typically launch?

@DaveW I just looked that up and it looks like one heck of a place! Pictures probably don't even do it justice. Have fun out there and let me know if there is anything else I can help with! ^___^
