Still holding up and illuminating my license plate one year later!
The front steps were tough to navigate in the dark, so I installed six low voltage lights to light the way.
I wanted the lights to be unobtrusive and fit within the recesses of the existing stone, so I decided to fabricate them using 12v license plate lights.
It turned out to be an inexpensive solution that worked well.
Output is about 5W, which isn't a lot but it's perfect for steps. Now it's no longer an adventure going down the stairs at night!
Perfect fit for my 1961 Ford Econoline pickup. It took me about a minute to put both of them on and they look Great.

Still working great, I nomad fulltime pulling my TT. These lights have stood up to the challenge!
Lights fit perfectly to replace some I broke . They also were a direct plug in to my wiring harness .

After a year the lights are still working, they have proven to be a quality product
License plate lights were exactly as described. Better quality then original. Easily connected to existing harness using fitting I picked up at local store. Took a little longer receiving them then anticipated. But my USPS isn't the quickest. Tracking had the item locally for 2 days. I do recommend the product, though.
I have a flat bed on my truck and it uses trailer lights in it. When I looked for replacements all the stores wanted $10 to $30 a peace!!! Etrailer saved me almost $100 over going to may local store. I ordered it on sunday night. I had 2 personal emails telling me my order was ready and being shipped. ON SUNDAY NIGHT!!! I had my order by Wednesday with a follow up email telling me my package was waiting for me at home. My only complaint is why other online stores can provide this service. etrailer, I will be ordering again. Thank You
Lights installed in holes easily and fit well. Wire leads could have been a little longer for my application.

Thanks for checking up. The lights were installed in my bumper on an 87 GMC and works great.
I received the license plate lights within the noted delivery time. They are a good quality. I had to breakoff one of the finger tabs to fit the bumper tab. Other than that installation went fast. Light is much brighter than the old ones. Good product, good price.
Ordered two license plate lights which were receive promptly. One light had a short and was replaced quickly by eTrailer. All good now. Overall wonderful experience and will shop at eTrailer again.
It's exactly what I needed. I have a 1988 Dodge Dakota pickup that needed these to fit into the bumper for the license plate lights. They arrived quickly in good order and I've already installed them.

Everything I needed to update my trailer was here. As I was preparing the trailer to put the new parts on, the mail carrier arrived and put them in my hands. All the parts were a direct replacement.
lights as described and are good quality parts, still incandescent but great for the price!

We use incandescent since much cheaper than LED. These lights work fine for the job of illuminating a license plate.
Needed to replace my tag lights on my pickup and trailer and these will sure do the job. Fit perfect.
After doing research the item is perfect to our trailer application . Very good ..
Wire leads were extremely short, a few more inches would've made this easier to wire up in a confined space; I actually had to splice in some wire. Otherwise, would've been 5 stars.
Worked great in my rv for my floor ligh ting.
