The license plate holder looks good. I was not satisfied with way it was designed to mount. There were only two mounting screw holes, which I didn't feel was adequate for mounting on a travel trailer. The rubber gasket that came with it didn't seem to serve a purpose, for it didn't extend beyond the outer metal edges to seal against water nor did it act as pressure seal between the bracket and mounting surface. LED's work very nicely. Lite up the license plate very well.
Never received it. Called before I placed my order to ask if they shipped to the post office under general delivery, I'm a full-time traveler. Was told yes,twice!The item was returned from wherever it was delivered to. When I called them about not receiving the order, I was told that they don't do general delivery. wth?
I bought this because I was replacing the low-mounted old-style factory tail lights on my 5th wheel toyhauler with some snazzy narrow LED ones on the sides. This solved the need for separate mounting & illumination of the license plate, to work with the new lights.
it was cracked when I Received it. do to how it was shipped. it was shipped in a plastic back instead of a box.
well made. Old plastic one broke after 42 years. This should last 100 years on my travel trailer.
It is the perfect replacement for our damaged license plate light on our 2017 Airstream Flying Cloud. Great quality product and well packed.
So, our 5th wheel had these not-so-efficient incandescent tail lights, which our friends found truly difficult to follow in the pouring rain one Spring Day, could barely see the flashers when we were experiencing troubles.
Opted to replace existing taillights with LED assemblies, thus necessitating an after market LED License Plate Holder.
The Optronics was chosen and has truly worked out well in our application, ample lighting to illuminate the License Plate in various conditions. Wiring and mounting the item was fairly straightforward once RV wiring was sorted out.
Being on an RV, I never hope to test the submersible claim, but your average rainfall has not dampened internal components.
Delivered as promised. Had what I needed at fair price.

Nice simple license plate light. We just re did the rear door on my trailer and this light was a very simple install
Mounting holes lined up perfectly. Installation was a breeze.
Hooked up and fit without issue. Foam pad is a nice touch.
Replaced the rear tail lights.on our Keystone Hideout with the Bargman LED tail lights. Didn't have the license plate holder so order the license plate bracket with the LED lights. Works good and looks good too. Works well and illuminates the license plate.
Item arrived but not the best of quality. Lens and cap are not weather sealed as expexted

Flimsy piece of garbage. Would not buy again. LED is bright but the way it mounts is a joke the whole plastic housing is held together by a tiny paper thin piece of tin. A 2 year old could break it off with one hand. Going straight into the landfill
My trailer was a 2012 and it worked perfectly, all the dimensions were all the same. Bolted it right up. One thing back in 2012 there was only 1 black wire for hot but the ground came from the bolted tag to trailer. I accidentally bought the 2 wire (my mistake) so I just grounded the light and ground from the trailer to each other, works Beautifully. !!

It works as expected. Great light unit. It replaced one we damaged on our motorcycle trailer and was a perfect match.
