When you just need a dependable light to keep your license plate visible, this round incandescent lamp gets the job done without fuss. It angles downward to shine directly on your plate, using a replaceable CT67 bulb you can swap out easily when needed. Even though LEDs get a lot of attention, this traditional design is still a solid choice for bright, even illumination that’s easy to maintain over time.
Durability matters when your trailer sees regular use. The housing on this light is made from chrome-plated steel, giving it a protective shell that resists wear and corrosion. The clear polycarbonate lens keeps the bulb protected and lets plenty of light through. It’s a sturdy setup that stands up well to vibration and weather exposure.
No complicated wiring here—this light uses a simple single-wire design that grounds through its mounting hardware. The mounting ears make it easy to secure in place, and the distance between holes is 2-5/8" center to center. At 3-3/8" long x 2-3/8" wide x 2-3/16" deep, it’s compact enough for tight spaces but large enough to provide solid light coverage where you need it.
If you’re replacing an older unit, this light fits directly in place of Uni Bond #LP1001, Truck Lite #26336, Grote #60251, and Peterson #437. That means no redrilling or rewiring—just remove the old one and mount this one using the same holes and connections. For full legal illumination, two lights are required to properly cover your plate area.
