Old incandescent bars draw more power and fade fast, but this 14-1/4" long LED identification light bar keeps things bright and efficient. It uses three replaceable Optronics MCL series lights, each with three LEDs for a total of nine diodes. At 12.8V, the entire bar only draws 0.153 amps. That means strong, even light output with very little power use—and no fragile filaments or bulbs to replace.
Water and road grime are tough on trailer lights, but this one is built for it. Each light is sonically sealed to make the housing and lens one waterproof piece. The stainless steel base resists corrosion while the polycarbonate lens protects against impact. Whether it’s rain, washdown, or full submersion, the LEDs stay sealed and safe so you don’t have to worry about moisture ruining your lights.
Wiring doesn’t get easier than this. The light uses a single wire that connects to your running light circuit, while the stainless base grounds through the mounting hardware—no separate ground wire needed. The 8-1/2" hole spacing on center makes it easy to line up existing mounts for a clean surface install. Hardware is included so you can bolt it right on without extra parts.
Staying legal and visible is important when your trailer is over 80" wide. This identification bar meets DOT standards and carries a P2/P3 rating for a clear rear beam pattern that’s easy to see from straight on. It gives your trailer the required rear ID lighting in one durable, sealed assembly that’s ready for road or ramp duty.

It has been less than one year and two out of the three lights on this light bar have gone out. I'm pretty disappointed in the fact I replaced my whole trailer with submersible LED lights so this would not keep happening and here we are again.
For my Hobbie 16 boat trailer.
I received my LED lights for my trailer today from etrailer .com. Shipping was very fast. They bolted right up to the old holed that are on the trailer. Installation was very easy. I like the features of LED lighting. They take less electricity and are much brighter than conventional lighting. I know they will be much safer and look better than the old lights I had on it.
The only issue I had was the size of the box as compared to the size of the product was ridiculous. The box was 10 times wider than the product but needed to be about a half inch longer. Whoever packed it had to force it into the box. It was not damaged and worked just fine. On the positive side your videos and description help me make the right decision on the replacement part.
Once I had this installed, these lights have worked perfectly. Switching to LEDs and having them properly installed has significantly reduce my trailer light headaches. Definitely recommend this product.
easy installation, fit 2001 Shorelande'r boat trailer,no drilling lined up with factory holes. Lights very bright lights!
Great light, this completes the rewiring and replacement if the old incandescent lights.

The light I purchased are working out great. Last summer while driving through Utah a State Trooper pulled along side of me when I pulled into a rest stop.He asked where I purchased the LED light set and I told him. He knew my trailer was a 2000 and he had a 2001, and was tires or replacing the old incandescent lights.Next I would like to update the lights on my 2006 GMC 34 T truck.

This light was easy to install and has been working as described by the seller.
Fit perfectly on my boat trailer in place of the original incadecent lights. They are nice and bright.only difference is this light grounds through the frame instead of a separate wire. Best part-time more bulb issues!

My LED lights continue to work perfectly. Cant say that for everything on the trailer. But the lights are GREAT!

Item looks the same as what I have on my trailer already. But I thought I would try the LED version since it seems there is no easy way to change the bulbs in the "older" model. The wiring is a little different though as my current trailer has the white grounded wire also. I'll have to double check that this is self-grounded as the packaging mentions.
Item was shipped and received in a timely fashion. Quality and good service make for a happy customer.

Great replacement for the original incandescent light bar on my 1997 Shorelander boat trailer. Same hole pattern, so no drilling.
Customer service was good, kept me up to date on my order. And fast shipping.
The Light bar is good quality. I would have liked to have two wires on light bar instead of just the one wire. My trailer has two wires a negative and positive. The light bar frame is considered the ground so attaching the light bar with screws to trailer frame grounds the light bar. What do I do with my ground wire now?
This was a great product to replace the old light that usually had at least one of the 3 bulbs not working because of a bad connection in the socket due to corrosion. The mounting holes even lined up so I did not have to drill new holes and the pig tale wire was plenty long enough to make installation a snap.
Updated my boat trailer with these amazing bright lights. Easy installation using the heat shrink connectors. Everything came as exactly ordered.
