  Three inches is small for a tail light. There aren't even any incandescent stop, tail, and turn lights as small as 3 inches. • Can Bulb be Replaced on Peterson Red Flush Mounted Sealed Turn Signal Light 435800
  Peterson brake/turn signal light # 435800 is sealed and cannot be opened up to change out the bulb. I pulled one from the warehouse to verify this and cannot get the lens off (without breaking it) to access the bulb/interior of the light. What I recommend is to use an LED light, # STL43RB, because the LEDs will last much longer than a regular incandescent bulb. For a grommet use # A45GB and for a wiring harness use # A45PB.

• Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring Where Lights Don't Work on Left Side of Trailer
  It's probably the ground of the taillights on the left side of the trailer. Check to make sure the ground wire is making a solid connection or if the assemblies ground through the hardware make sure the hardware is connected to a clean metal surface. Sometimes using a jumper wire from the ground to the main ground wire of the trailer wiring can fix the issue.
