by:

easyThis plug has a large contact area, making a better connection.
It's eazy to wire.

by:

Have bought this brand before.. Same part and number as used before... its fine

by:

Quality of this connector on par with anything available at a great price. Good product and service with a 3 day delivery from time of order. Good vendor!

by:

It is what it is so not much to write about. Quality and fit is great but YOU HAD BETTER PAY ATTENTION to the WIRING diagram. It is not color for color etc but they do warn you of this. Just some helpful info.

by:

I used crimp on spade connecters to attach the wires to the plug, makes for an easy instal

by:

Not as sturdy as I had hoped but it looks very servicable. Note that the colors stamped in the plastic do not conform to industry standard wiring practices.

by:

Very east to install with diagrams from etrailer.com very satisified with purchasing from them and their support.

by:

Product is well made, easy to disassemble. When making up wire connections it's better to use ring lugs as shown in the video. Would have preferred terminals that accepted wire conductors directly but this isn't that big of an issue.

Overall well satisfied with connector.

by:

The product appears to be well made and is easy to use but the terminal for the "right turn" wire is labeled with the incorrect color. Do not rely on the color coding on the connector but rely upon a wiring diagram for the correct location in connecting wires.

by:

Just what the trailer ordered! Good sturdy plug and even stood up to me forgetting to unplug it when I pulled out from under my horse trailer (long day ropin'). Thanks!

  • How To Plug 1997 Lance Truck Camper Into 7-way Connector On 2016 Ford F-250
We have run into this quite a few times in the past, and the best option will be replacing the Lance 7-pin connector with a standard 7-way blade connector like the # PK12706. This will give you a standard 7-way connector to plug into the factory 7-way on your 2016 Ford F-250. There is not a adapter compatible with the connector on your 1997 Lance Camper as they use their own style connector that does not match any standard connectors. I included a video of the # PK12706 for you to take...

This is a bolt on option that mounts on 3" centers. The review you are referring to, the customer did indeed weld the brake actuator to his tongue but this is not required for installation because it is a bolt-on actuator. Unfortunately, we do no offer a bolt-on brake actuator for drum brakes with...

  • Parts Needed to Change Hydraulic Trailer Brakes Over to Electric Brakes on a 1997 Jayco Tent Trailer
You will need two of the 7 inch electric brake assemblies, one right hand, # 23-48, and one left hand, # 23-47. You will also need an appropriate length of 10 gauge wire, item # 10-2-1, for running the wires to the trailer connector at the trailer coupler. Next, you will need a trailer connector to match the wiring on your vehicle, or the wiring you will need to install on your vehicle, to activate the electric brakes. I would recommend the Pollak trailer connector, item # PK12706, for...

Electric tongue jacks like the Electric Jack w/ Footplate - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3.5K - Black # EJ-3520-BBX are designed to use a 12v power so if you want constant power I recommend using a trailer battery for connection. Yes, you can use the factory trailer connector on your 2015 Nissan Titan to power the third brake light on your Leer camper shell. That said, they don't make a plug and play harness for this so you will need to do some wiring but no splicing into the vehicle will be required. • How to Power Trailer Dome Light When Not Connected to Tow Vehicle
The only way you could power interior dome lights on a trailer without it being connected to a tow vehicle would be to power the lights with a battery like a breakaway battery. From what I could find online it looks like you can flat tow your 2013 Suzuki Grand Vitara as long as it is a 4WD with a transfer switch. If it is a 4WD without a transfer switch then you need to use a trailer to keep all of the wheels off of the ground. For a 2WD you can tow it using a tow dolly with the rear wheels off of the ground.
