This transfer switch has been pre-wired to automatically change the primary source of AC current from shore power to generator or inverter power when available. To prevent electrical interruptions, the time delay circuit board allows the alternate power source to stabilize before a transfer occurs. Additionally, since the switch only accepts one active source, it protects your electrical system from dangerous backfeed that can damage your equipment.
The plastic case also has cord knockouts for other connections.
The switch wires to your shore power input and generator or inverter input. Both inputs are wired to the AC panel.
Additionally, the lever lock connectors make installation faster and more secure. Simply open the lever, insert the wire, and close.

No issues. Does its job, the switching is a bit loud but you always know it's working. Would buy again. The wago connectors where a nice bonus and made install extra easy.
It works as intended and as soon as I turn on my 2000 w inverter it takes probably 15 seconds or so for it to kick in and then it kicks in and you've got electricity to your rig when your boondocking. I would highly recommend !!
If you have the skills, it is very easy to install yourself. The quick flip connectors are an excellent design change from the original.

Fixed my generator problem. It would run but not get the electricity to the AC, Microwave, fridge, etc

These are great switches at a great price. I've installed quite a few as replacements. This one was for my personal RV. I added a generator, so this was necessary to flip between shore power and the generator. It was a tight fit in the space, but works well.
Exact replacement for my 2005 Gulfstream Yellowstone RV. The quick flip connectors speeds up installation and is better than the factory installed wire nut caps. Shipped fast.
After repeated failures of another brand ATS that came with my RV, I purchased the Progressive Dynamics. I was attracted to it because of the WAGO connectors since the typical failure mode of others is loose bus bar connections. This ATS continues to perform flawlessly and is highly recommended.
Very good upgraded direct replacement for my melted OEM 5110 (photo). The only issue I had was one quick flip clip opened during installation. There does not appear to be enough detent force to keep it closed securely. My solution was to wrap the clip with electrical tape to prevent the possibility of reopening.
Product was great. The upgraded connectors made it easy to install.
I'm impressed with the improvements made to this item versus haw it cam installed in my coach. Better and more informative labels. The use of Wago style wire connectors vs. wire nuts. It was the use of wire nuts, that led to burnt wires, that led me to replacing the original switch. This version is so much better.

This switch has worked perfectly since I installed it. I really appreciate the upgrades built into this switch vs. the old one.

Excellent service, I'm living in my RV for work so I needed this quickly....Placed the order at 830am,and paid for 1 day shipping, it was shipped from Utah to Tennessee and Delivered within 28 hrs of placing the order. The clips made the entire process simple and easy and took 15 mins to prep the wires, install, and have power back to the RV.
Relatively easy to install. Replaced previous generation Transfer Switch because of loose connection causing what could have been a disastrous event.
Arrived timely, tastes great…less filling. Seriously, it works great. The hardest part of install was getting access to existing unit.
No item that ordered was in good shape and it’s working fine right now. The problem was the arrival date was two days later than I was planning on. Even though I paid an extra fee.

The Wago connectors make a big difference. Just returned from a 4K+ mile trip, some over horrible roads, and nothing vibrated loose.

Works good and quick connect electric connections were great! Mine was hard to install in my Gulfstream RV due to it's location under the refrigerator (which had to removed).
'Matched' damaged switch and had updated connections.
