I was unaware of the existence of these, even when I was looking for replacement parts. Luckily I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I called in late one evening and received the help I truly deserved!
I was promptly helped to find the items I truly needed. No more worried for me. I had several issues with my order (all my fault) and each one was addressed perfectly.
Installed quick & easy , gave it a 4 because I think the bolts should be grade 8 , just my opinion, the straps are heavy duty and the bronze bushings are a must, watch the video before i started to have a game plan
Used with a complete suspension overhaul, with the exception of the axles. Paula was excellent in assisting with the right (4) springs, equalizer, u bolts and this kit. She worked with me over the phone asking the right questions as I measured and rechecked lengths and widths. Got everything right the first time, everything bolted together with a little persuasion.
Good product, wish the kit was available with 7 3/4" equalizers & 3 1/8" straps. have to piece-meal it together. E-trailer was a bad choice through. Should have ordered elsewhere- cheaper and faster for identical kit.
I bought this kit to upgrade the suspension on my RV. I installed Road Armor equalizers when I installed this kit and everything worked perfectly together.
The shackles are massive and you get everything you need to completely re-work your leaf spring suspension. The wet bolts are machined perfectly and include locking style nuts - no lock washers needed.
Putting grease into the bolts really quieted down the suspension on the RV. No more low speed squeaking when parking or moving.
etrailer was great to buy from. Their tech support confirmed for me that I could use this kit with the Road Armor equalizers. Their pricing was good and my order was processed quickly.
Please see attached photo of how this package arrived, the outside box was not damaged at all. This means someone at etrailer really packed it like that and thought it was fine.

Thank you e-trailer the kit you sent by moRryed worked. Excellent. This what we had from the kit from dune sport in the first kit we bought and as you can see the straps were to short. So anyone putting road armor on your trailer make sure you get 3.125 straps. Sent a picture of the finish but did not load.
After breaking two shackles last year on this country's well maintained interstates, I purchased this set. The shackles are clearly much thicker and stronger than stock and the wet bolts will ensure proper lubrication of the bolts/bushings. This was an easy install however I would not recommend it for a novice mechanic.

Ive put several thousands of miles on my 5th wheel without a problem. Very happy with this product.
Much stronger and should make maintenance a bit easier !

Quality bolts and bushings. Much better than the original nylon bushings that were worn out after only about 15k miles.
Very high quality kit. Direct replacement for plastic bushings and weak-looking shackles. Best installed with the zerk on the inside, as pictured.
Excellent product, you can spend half of this on nylon bushings and stock hardware or you can spend money on bronze bushings and greasable bolts that should last a life time with proper maintenance. Very happy with the kit that i just installed on my low deck car trailer. The thicker shackles will eliminate any sway, i honestly cant wait to load the trailer and see how it does.
From start to finish it took me roughly 2 hours with proper tools and equipment. Easy job to do with a couple of jack stands and two floor jacks do make life easier than just one
ETrailer was fantastic to work with. I ordered the Morryde SRE4000 upgrade and the upgraded heavy duty shackle kit. Both arrived in a timely manner. The shackle kit did get lost by UPS. I emailed etrailer and Stephanie was absolutely fantastic. She was prompt in her email replies. We had a few emails back and forth. Then I even called one time and she answered the phone promptly and answered my question no problem. And she got the replacement order out right away. Yes, I highly recommend using etrailer. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Easy installation. Incredibly hard to disassemble factory bolts that were 15 years old. You will need to heat up old nuts with map gas torch, a breaker bar with socket, and at least 1250 ft/lbs torque impact, to remove old bolts. An impact without heat will not budge!
Installation of the “wet” shackle kit was straightforward and easy. The directions provided were clear. I used an electric impact tool to remove and install the bolts/nuts. The hardest part of the installation was jacking up the trailer. Having shackle bolts that can be easily lubricated is a relief vs worrying about the plastic sleeves installed at the factory which do not last as long as they want you to believe. Very satisfied with this product

After finding out I had a broken wet bolt, I decided to do the whole suspension. When I took it apart I found plastic bushings! The brass bushings they came in a new kit are great! Can't believe they put plastic bushings in suspension
Works really well. I like the heavier links and the ability to grease them.
Bought these with the Lippert Road Armor Trailer Leaf Spring Suspension Equalizer Kit and they are a must have. They have kept the Road Armors running smooth and are protecting the moving parts with grease for longer life. Install was easy, but as a DIY'er, had to learn how to get the pressure off the bolts, when greasing them. Once you figure that out, they're easy to grease.
Everything was as expected, good quality, shipped and packaged well. I wish you would post a warning to verify center to center dimensions of the shackles, I did realize that there were different sizes, I ordered 3 1/4 and needed 2 1/4 . Totally my fault, just a little note would have saved me a lot of grief.
This is a fantastic upgrade from the stock shackles. I I stalled these on a 40 foot KZ Durango Gold. Looking at these it’s amazing they don’t come this way from the factory. In my mind, when you’re hauling 15k it’s nice to have a solid suspension holding that load. I would suggest everyone upgrade to these. Just make sure you order the correct size. I used the 3 1/8 size shackles because I upgraded to the Road Armour Equalizer. etrailer had these to me in a quick 9 days door to door. Followed up to ensure it arrived. Excellent service!
I was happy that I received my product in 3 days but etrailer needs to re enforce packages better when shipping heavy metal products. like equalizer and shackle kits my boxes were all torn open

This is a good kit. There should be another option for when you order this kit together with the equalizer that you don’t get all those bushings. I had 6 left over because the equalizer had bushings in them.
