Upgraded Suspension Parts for 2020 Grand Design Reflection 320MKS

Updated 02/18/2026 | Published 02/17/2026

Question:

I have a 2020 Grand Design Reflection 320 MKS. I would like to upgrade my suspension system. I have a 35in wheel base. Leaf springs are measured at 1.75in wide 26in eye to eye. 6000lb tandem axle. I currently have the following parts in my cart and would like you to look them over for errors or omissions. APUBR-8 X2 e88SR X4 MR46ZR MR29DR MR33WR Thanks Joe

Hey Joe, welcome back! With a 35" wheelbase the MORryde AllTrek 4000 Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers # MR29DR is the correct fit. I verified your Reflection has 6k axles on the Grand Design parts site so the # APUBR-8 is also correct and so is the capacity on the # e88SR. Did you account for the leaf springs flattening out over time? Assuming you did, these will work as a replacement with the 26" eye to eye measurement.

The shackle strap length isn't listed on the parts site so you will need to measure those as well. If yours are 2-1/4" center hole to center hole then the # MR46ZR is the correct kit. If they're 3-1/8" you need # MR76ZR instead. The MORryde X-Factor Crossmember # MR33WR is compatible with the AllTrek 4000 so you're all set there. The parts you listed cover everything aside from those measurement verifications.

Where are you headed with the Reflection once you get all of your upgrades installed?

Robin thank you for your response. I took all the weight off the wheels and remeasured and it looks like they are 25 1/4 eye to eye. I have seen some people upgrading the leaf springs from 3000lb to 3500lb just to give a little more support. I know this doesn't increase the gvwr but it will give me a little piece of mind (the roads aren't getting better). I am looking at part# TRU52FR. What are your thoughts and will the U-bolt set still work.

@JoeJ the U-bolts will still work and # TRU52FR is fine as long as that matches your measurements. That increase isn't enough to hurt anything, you just don't want to overdo it with a massive increase in capacity that might impact ride quality.

@JoeJ I did the moryde 4000 and have seen large improvement in camper ride. I have grand design 2600rb (2023). Live in Arkansas and have traveled several states. Oklahoma city is one of the worst but no problem. Also camped at queen wilmemma. Heading home was behind a truck n trailer bouncing at bridges. Ours was very smooth. If it wears out, would repurchase it.

I had the alltrek 4000 and the larger shackles installed on our keystone cougar hero edition and comparing what came on it these are like day and night. Our first ride was from Mesa to Tucson, AZ and as you well know some of the roads are horrible in the US. But short or not it definitely was noticeable smoother ride.

You’re adding a worthwhile suspension system that I myself performed on my 2020 Voltage with the exception of new leaf springs. The All Trek 4000 made a world of difference with bucking and rough roads, the X factor cross member stabilizers improved the handling on the highway, literally eliminated sway. The same Andrade suspension on most trailers should be outlawed as they are dangerous and unsafe l. You’ve made a great choice, you won’t regret it.
