Question:
Hello. We have a 2024 Brinkley Z3100 5th wheel, with Road Armor equalizer and 7k tandem axles. I’m looking to upgrade to the following MORryde items and need confirmation that these are what I need: MR76ZR wet bolt kit MR33WR X factor crossmembers x3 MR43WR X factor down kit

Hey Paul! Nice rig, that Z3100 is a good looking trailer.
You are on the right track, but there are a couple of things to double check. The MORryde wet bolt kit # MR76ZR will work with your Road Armor equalizer as long as your existing shackle straps are the 3-1/8 inch length center to center. Brinkley has used both lengths on different models, so grab a tape and measure a shackle first. If they measure closer to 2-1/4 inch, you would want # MR46ZR instead. The Road Armor bushings are already set up for the 9/16 inch wet bolts that come in the MORryde kits, so there is no issue there.
The # MR33WR X-Factor crossmembers are the correct style for a standard leaf spring hanger with Road Armor or stock equalizers, and they adjust from 61 to 79 and 1/2 inches, so as long as your frame width falls in that window you can run three of them, one at each hanger set.
The # MR43WR drop-down kit is only needed where you have a tank, dump pipe, or other plumbing in the way and need to lower the crossmember for clearance. If you only have an obstruction at one hanger set you would just use one # MR43WR there, and standard # MR33WR brackets at the other two.
It is definitely a good call doing crossmembers on all 3 hangers. That will give you the best results.
Where’s the first place you’re taking the Brinkley once the upgrades are done?

Awesome, thank you for the info and tips. I’ll get the measurements so I can order the right ones. We are currently down south for the winter and have 9 more states to finish out the Lower 48, so I wanna have some insurance and peace of mind by these upgrades. Does the wet bolt kit bolts accommodate the extra length for the X factor brackets and washers?
