  The length is good on the EZ Flex system # K71-653-00 but the height may be different depending on where you are measuring that 4-3/4 inches. On the EZ Flex the distance from the center of the mounting hole to the center line between the 2 bottom holes, straight up and down, is 2-7/8 inches.   Hello Phil, thanks for reaching out. Our records show the Dexter 13-122 equalizer as 7-3/4" long and 2-7/8" tall. We do have an upgraded equalizer to replace this, but it is not the Morryde CRE 3000. The correct replacement is the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-653-00. This equalizer has a rubber core for absorbing shock. It measures 7-3/4" wide and 3" tall so it will be an acceptable replacement.
