The closest replacement grease cap we have to your 1.934" OD size is the Fulton # F001524 which is 1.943" OD and 1-3/8" tall.   It appears that you have a Fulton Grease Cap # F001503 that fits a 1.781 hub bore. And that someone put in a Grease Zerk # Gzerk on the cap. If you can confirm that is you hub bore diameter as I cannot tell from your tape measure, you can use the previous cap. Or you can use the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB1781SS that are designed to do what your caps are doing.

  Since I'm assuming you don't have an E-Z Lube axle or some equivalent with the zerk fitting on the end of the spindle, the only option would be to use a Bearing Buddy. What you have heard about the grease getting pushed out of the back only happens if they are overfilled. As long as you make sure to not add too much grease this will not be an issue.   The closest match bearing protectors we have will be either a 1.781 or 1,810. A 1.786 is not available. Make sure you are getting the most accurate measurement of the hub bore that you can. We use digital dial calipers to take these types of measurements. The outside diameter of the bearing protector is usually slightly larger than the hub bore so there is a tight fit.
