Durable steel construction with a powder coat finish to resist corrosion.We ordered two of these to replace the ones we destroyed. Once we learned that we didn't have to remove the riveted panels under our 2018 Airstream Classic, it was an easy job for us to complete ourselves. The bolts on the Airstream are secured directly to the frame, and we didn't need to add the nut on the other side. We used tape to holt the bolts in the order we removed them so we knew they would fit back in the holes from which they came.
Did come with switch and circuit breake. I will keep for spare. No instructions of any kind and link on item does not exist. There was a link to a manual jack when I first looked. Simple enough to install without them. Did find color code and wiring diagram. Arrived within 3 days and only slight damage to 69 lb box. Still don’t clearly see how it will level unless RV is already mostly level. One motor, a split screw and assembly floats left/right in the top mounted track. Even though the legs can compensate for uneven ground at the lift, it will just elevate the RV as the same level as where it started. It doesn’t autolevel. Only took 5 minutes to bolt up as I temporarily wired and used the switch to raise into position. Running the wire and installing the electrical was more involved.
The item was value priced compared to the competition so when it was on backorder from the manufacturer for 3 weeks I understood.
When I placed my order with the seller I only paid for standard shipping but as soon as the item was received in the seller's warehouse it was shipped UPS next day (a $48 value). I suppose they elected the next day option to compensate for the 3 week manufacturer backorder delay.
The item was received as described by the seller and I installed the item the next day. I rated this Excellent.

The stabilizer jack installed easily on our Mallard Trailer and did not take very long. We have been out on several camping trips and it worked great.
Easy to install. Motor is much quicker than the original. Can install by yourself just need a couple of bungee cords to hold in place during bolt up. Done in under 2 hrs by myself. 2017 Coachman 391 QSMB 5th wheel.
This unit was purchased to replace a 5 year old version that got bent during a hookup oops. I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact that the the unit I received had a bad motor. When I first installed it, the motor would short 12 volts to the chassis in the Extend direction and trip the circuit breaker.
etrailer customer service was great and got a replacement motor out to me very quickly, before we left for our trip. They didn’t make me replace the entire stabilizer.
The new motor solved the problem and now it works great. It is much faster than the original version and quieter too.
Arrived way sooner then I had anticipated, I replaced a factory damaged one with the LC337199. It turned out to be a direct replacement, no holes to drill. Works perfect, faster then the original. I highly recommend Etrailer.com and of course this power stabilizer.
Very surprised to see unit not in box or at very least, with a protective wrap on it. Paint scatched off in several spots. I haven't installed yet, hopefully wasn't beat around too much. For the cost, I was expecting a better condition product.

Could have been 5 stars if customer service had known that this model was the replacement to my original rather than telling me to measure the mounting holes. Called Lippert my self to verify after messing around with the measurement.
Mike L - 06/26/2018Had to replace a stabilizer on our trailer...ordered the exact part number, arrived quickly tho packaging was pretty beat up from shipping - part appeared undamaged (somehow lol) so went ahead with replacement. Like most diy repairs, YouTube/internet video is a great resource if you aren't familiar with the job. I definitely suggest watching one on stabilizer replacement first, even if you are handy. I followed the process exactly and had a new stabilizer in action in just over an hour with 1 helper assisting. Perfect fit and the motor runs a bit more smooth than the original. I needed to replace my stabilizer jack went with the lippert lc337199 which was the exact model as mine.Great product well made,& being powered make,s it easy to raise & lower to stabilize your trailer or fifth wheel. The Lippert 337199 was easy to install only eight bolts & two wires only took an hour & a half total.I gave it Five stars for product Quality and ease of installation.
Ron B - 09/02/2018Very good customer service over the phone. Easy install in around 2 hours. Only concern is it is not as well built as the one I took off which is the same brand. Maybe they make a heavier built model I did not ask so my fault but I will order from here again when I need other parts. The part I ordered was the rear stabilizer jacks item LC337199
Our camper came with a similar product on it but one got damaged. This unit out performs the replaced one and we are contemplating replacing the other one with a matching unit. Great service from etailer who called to insure we got the right one. Fast delivery too. I have Found items here I have not been able to find elsewhere. Look forward to doing more business with them.
Stabilizer arrived in tact. Packaging was in good shape. Left on porch in rain, but covered in plastic by carrier. Delivery occurred within the same week I ordered it, and that was with a delay due to bad weather. I was able to track order all the way through. Great Service! Will be ordering some other things in the near future. Shhhh, don't tell my wife! Just kidding.

Just opened box, stabilizer looks good. Box was broken open on both ends. I was expecting mounting hardware and instructions. I see a link in the follow up email but it doesn't work.
I ordered the LC337199 Lippert Stabilizer to replace my original unit. It was damaged from gustnado wind 80 to 90 MPH . I was lucky to have stabilizers down. The front of camper was blown over about 4 feet and did not blow over. The stabilizers got messed up but saved the camper. I received my new unit with the double spacer kit in a couple days. Very simple to remove and install new one. I have always had good quick service from etrailer on all of my purchases. Thank You

I was impressed on how quickly the order was shipped out.
Installation was simple. Even my 13 year old son was able to help me as I lifted it in place for him to install the bolts.
The quaility of product and operation of the stabilizer is superior to other market options and the price is worth it.

Edward - 08/28/2019I’m very happy with the stabilizer. The order was processed and shipped quickly. I installed the part today. It was a simple install , that took maybe an hour. The mounting holes lined up perfectly with the existing ones.
The stabilizer jack appears to be as advertised. this should be a direct replacement for a damaged one on my travel trailer. I will try and update this review after installing the new jack.
Arrived on time. Packaging was damaged at one end, so tape was used to patch it up. Concerned something may have been lost, but all was assembled as a single unit. No damage to any finished surface. Basically a plug and play replacement for our existing unit that we damaged. Not sure you can package something to survive UPS or FedEx.
This stabilizer/jack is an excellent replacement for the damaged original one that came on our RV trailer. Easy bolt up to existing mounting brackets. Great price.
