Features to know about

Effortless Stability: Telescoping Legs with Spring-Loaded Drop Levers

Keeping your trailer stable during loading, unloading, or camping is a breeze with these heavy-duty stabilizer jacks. The legs telescope effortlessly to your desired height with spring-loaded levers ensuring quick and precise adjustments. Their clever design lets you fold them up for travel and drop them for use, adding convenience and stability in one smart package.

Built to Withstand: Sturdy Steel Construction with Protective Coating

These jacks boast a robust steel construction finished with a black powder coat that fights off corrosion. Whether you're stabilizing a lightweight cargo or a camper trailer, this durability means the jacks will remain strong and steady through numerous adventures, without the need for constant upkeep.

Versatile Installation Options: Bolt-On and Weld-On Compatibility

With adaptability in mind, these jacks offer dual installation options. You can bolt them on or choose to weld them if you prefer a more permanent setup. This flexibility makes it easy to integrate them into a variety of trailer types like pop-up campers, teardrop campers, and travel trailers, ensuring they’ll fit perfectly into your setup.

Dependable Capacity: Designed for Light Trailers

Designed specifically for stabilizing, these jacks handle up to 650 lbs of lift capacity per jack, making them ideal for light trailers. While they're not intended for lifting the entire trailer or RV, they contribute significantly to keeping your setup steady, especially when the trailer isn’t hitched to a vehicle.

Compact and Ready to Use: Ideal for Pop-Up and Teardrop Trailers

Standing compact even in the stowed position, these stabilizers are perfectly suited for pop-up and teardrop trailers. Measuring just 12-3/8" long, 4-3/8" tall, and 3-3/8" wide when folded, they tuck neatly away, ensuring they don’t become obstructions as you travel to your next destination.

Tailored Fit: Precise Bracket and Footplate Dimensions

The mounting bracket height is engineered for versatility – retracted to 11-1/2" and extended to 18". With the bracket’s dimensions at 4" long by 1-7/8" wide and footplate measuring 4" by 3-1/2", these jacks are designed to offer a precise and snug fit, enhancing stability for better weight distribution across your trailer.

  • Smallest Diameter Trailer Tire with At Least 1,800 Pounds Capacity and Parts for Building a Trailer
Assuming the trailer is as single axle and only has two tires the smallest we carry is a 205/75-14 size tire. The Kenda # AM10235 measures 26.3 inches in diameter and has a weight capacity of 2,200 pounds at 75 psi. You also want to make sure the wheel has enough capacity. If you can tell me your bolt pattern I can recommend a wheel as well.

  • Can Stabilizer Jacks TJ01RT-HD be Used With Trailer Frame Running Front to Back
Hi Carlos; thanks for the photo and that's a smart question, but your trailer frame running front to back won't make a difference in the effectiveness of the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD. They can absolutely still be used on your Geo Pro G15TB with that frame configuration to help stabilize your trailer.

  • Recommended Replacement Pop Down Stabilizer Jack for a 2003 Thor Tahoe Lite Travel Trailer
Hey Kevin, are you looking for stabilizer jacks like the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD which pops down. This particular jack has a 650 lb lift capacity, 6 1/4" of travel, and each jack can support a maximum of 1,000 lbs. If you're looking for something else, please feel free to drop a comment and let me know and I'd be happy to help.

  • Total Extended Length of TJ01RT-HD Stabilizer Jack
The fully extended length of the # TJ01RT-HD stabilizer jack would be 18 inches, which represents the 'A' Dimension in your photo. The 'B' dimension would simply be the height above the ground of the underside of your trailer when its level. The Atwood stabilizer jack is meant to hold up or stabilize the trailer, not lift it up off the ground.

  • Recommended Corner Stabilizer Jacks For A Runaway RangeRunner Trailer
The ARK camper jacks definitely are top tier, but since you have a 16" distance you'll have to go with something a bit smaller like the etrailer Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD. These drop leg jacks retract down to 11" and extend up to 18". These jacks fold up tightly to the frame and won't stick out in the way like scissor jacks do. They come in packs of two so you'll need to get two packs in order to stabilize each corner of your trailer.

The 8-247 code stamped into your hubs indicates that you have the Dexter Trailer Hub & Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84546UC3-EZ. The correct replacement bearings for this hub are part # L44649 and # L68149. The grease seal is part # RG06-050. All of these components can be bought together in a kit with part # BK2-100, just make sure you order one kit for each hub on the trailer.

  • Correct Installation Hardware for etrailer 6-1/4" Stabilizer Drop Leg Jack
To install the Stabilizer Jacks - 6-1/4" Drop Leg Travel # TJ01RT-HD you'll need to get 7/16" mounting hardware. In the attached review/installation video we use #14 self-tapping screws to mount these jacks into the frame of the trailer. If you jump to the 3:14 minute mark of the linked video you'll see how we install this on a trailer.

  • Can etrailer Stabilizer Jacks be Installed on Enclosed Aluminum Trailer
The Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD are actually a universal fit so while they are typically used for travel trailers, there really is no reason why you shouldn't be able to install them on an enclosed trailer. With that being said, I recommend reaching out to your trailer manufacturer to see what they recommend doing for this since you do have an aluminum trailer. Some aluminum trailers are just fine to bolt things to while other manufacturers don't recommend it.

  • Replacement Stabilizer Jack for 2021 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 7 174BH
For a replacement jack for your 2021 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 7 174 BH I recommend the Stabilizer Jack - 6-1/4" Drop Leg Travel - 18" - 650 lbs # TJ01RT. This jack same mounting hole dimensions as your current jack at 3 inches apart on center. It has a 650 lb capacity per jack and extends up to 18". We offer one replacement drop leg for a Fulton stabilizer jack. If you have a Fulton jack on your trailer this may work well for you. This is part # FSJ40324. I have attached a photo of this drop leg that has the dimensions noted you can check out. You would need to measure the dimensions of the upper leg on your trailer to see if this would be a match. • Mounting Orientation of TJ01RT-HD Stabilizer Jack
There many possible ways to mount a stabilizer jack such as the # TJ01RT-HD you looked at. Mounting them in the orientation shown the diagram would tend to work a bit better to stabilize the trailer against side to side movement, while having the jacks parallel to the trailer frame members would do a better job stabilizing against fore/aft movement. However, mounting them as shown in the diagram would be pretty effective against movement both ways from normal movement in the trailer. The...

  • Replacement Swing Down Stabilizer For 18' Aluma Trailer
We do have a couple of alterative solutions, however we do not carry a replacement that match those dimensions. Instead, I recommend replacing the entire swing down stabilizer with the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD which measures 18" extended, 11" retracted and has a maximum weight capacity of 650lbs. Or You can use the Stallion Stabilizer Jacks # 288-01892-2, which measures 22-1/4" extended, 15-1/4" retracted, and also has a maximum weight capacity of 650lbs.
