The # e23ZV has a 3,500 lb capacity, while the # e55ZV has a 5,000 lb capacity. Because of the higher capacity, the # e55ZV does weigh about 1.5 lbs more than the # e23ZV. You can see the hardware pictured below. It is just 3 bolts that hold the A-frame jack to the bracket. If you can remove the old jack, you will be able to bolt on the new one with no problem. Virtually all A-frame jacks use the same universal bolt pattern.

There is not a separate wire for the light. As long as you connect the red wire to 12v power and the black wire to ground the light will operate normally. The on/off switch for the light is on the top/front of the jack housing right by the switch for operating the jack.
