I like the easy of navigation through the site. It only took me a couple of minutes to place my order. Thank You I will shop this sight again in the future.
Going simple pays off with a 1 step setup that preserves ground clearance and works when your door position or frame leaves little room for extra drop. The steel build offers solid footing, with some added weight. Measure your mounting width and needed drop or rise; these often replace damaged units with basic unbolting, though stubborn factory hardware can slow removal.
Measure the width of your mounting bracket and the distance you need the step to drop. Confirm the step tucks up without cutting into ground clearance. Door position and frame configuration can limit what will fit. If the rise still feels tall, consider a portable accessory step or adding a handrail.
Install is usually unbolt and rebolt, but removal can be the hard part. Some rigs use carriage bolts that spin or aren't accessible, so plan extra time. Have replacement mounting bolts ready in case old hardware breaks. If using outriggers, holes might not line up—enlarging bracket openings may be needed.
This often points to loose wiring between the door switch and the control module. Go over the switch wiring and secure any loose connections. Check that the switch itself hasn't come loose. Fixing the intermittent connection helps prevent the step from thinking the door is opening and closing.
A single step can help keep the assembly tucked up, but you need to verify. Check the height from the threshold to the ground and how far the step hangs when stowed. Avoid a setup that extends too far down and reduces clearance. If you need smaller rises, a 2-step can help but may hang lower.
