Measure the width of your mounting bracket and the distance you need the step to drop. Confirm the step tucks up without cutting into ground clearance. Install is usually unbolt and rebolt, but removal can be the hard part. Some rigs use carriage bolts that spin or aren't accessible, so plan extra time.
