Unit has a slight bend in it, going upward from the fold down steps, not being cut correctly from from factory. Had to shim front down with 34” spacers to bring level. When I get time, I will grind down and repaint.
Other than that, great shipping time, box was in perfect shape.

My new enclosed trailer does not have an inside step as our last one did and the step up from grade level was a bit too much. I added this step with a couple of hours' time, using aluminum angle to back up the channel of the aluminum trailer. Stepping into the trailer is a lot safer now.

Great product and terrific customer service to go with it. I installed this on my cargo trailer so I welded it to the undercarriage frame. The metal was thick enough so as to make welding it a breeze. I didn't know there were still companies such as etrailer that still have 5 star customer service. Keep up the good work!!

Step was just what I needed for horse trailer tack room. Had to do some fabrication to get it to mount up but expected this. The step is simple to use and true 24" wide foot bed.

Very handy for my cargo trailer. I had to replace it a time or 2 when I accidentally bent it due to clearance issues. This last time I added some bracing and its done great thus far.

The steps are well made and I am sure I can install them on my camper. My only disappointment on your website was there was no clear definition of the actual mounting hole locations. It made purchasing the product a bit of a guessing game. Some modification to the camper mounting points will have to be made.

Once again etrailer provided me with another great product for my cargo trailer conversion.
The Flexco low profile pull out step is perfect, as my trailer floor is closer to the ground that traditional travel trailers.

the step works great. I have it on an aluminum snowmobile trailer, so corrosion is a key cocern, and its already showing rust. Maybe consider a good powder coat to reduce rusting?? Thanks for following up.

This pull out step is 1000% about convenience. It is durable and quality material. We have had one on our toy hauler that is used heavily 6 months out ouf the year. This is the best fold up step replacement. It is sturdy and safe.

Nice product for very lightweight and for smaller doors. These worked for
my two smaller doors as replacements to failing hinges. The doors were approx.
18" wide x 12"tall. My cabinet doors are solid Oak so they are hefty.
For my larger overhead cabinet doors I will be ordering exact replacement
hinges: H-HS100-SN, the SN=Satin Nickel.
In your online video, it might be good to mention how much weight a pair
of these hinges are rated for. The video was excellent in giving me a good
idea on how the hinges function.
I will toss my unused pair of these hinges in my "Misc. RV" box of goodies. I'm
sure I will use them later....
I received my products in three days from UPS normal ground, faster then I expected.
Thank you for a good experience.

This was a very good deal for our camper,It makes getting in a lot easy and a lot safer we have a couple other campers the same style and after trying out our step they are going to order one for theirs.We are very happy with ours',was easy to install.

Great, my wife is having problems getting into our SUV, I added running boards but she still struggled. I attached the RV step under the running board using standard T-bolts works fantastic very well constructed.

- Alternative Entry Steps for 2017 R-Pod 179The R-Pod 179 usually comes with a single-step pull-out stair unit like either 24-inch-wide Flexco # SMFP-1200 or the 20-inch # SMFP-1120. Both are single step assemblies but they differ in the amount of drop/rise. You may have enough ground clearance to install a different step, one that either has 2-steps to reduce the height of each step up, or one that has a better step height. - Recommended Support Legs For A Manual Pull-Out RV Step What you're looking for doesn't really exist (yet) but there are options like the Lippert Solid Stance RV Step Support Kit # LC96BJ that you can add on to help support the step. I've attached a short video below going over how to install and use these supports.

If this doesn't fit (which it sounds like it won't) then I recommend going with the Flexco Manual Pull-Out Step # SMFP-1200 and using the Outriggers # LC301704 to replace your current mounting brackets. These will enable you to get the desired mounting bracket distance.
