Hello, I purchased a trailer tongue scale from you and its great. My question is its pictured with a plastic pad. Is that plastic pad supposed to come with the scale. Mine does not have one. Thankn you, Steve

Hey Steve! The Big Truck Big RV Trailer Jack Foot Scale # BTBRV014 does not include the SnapPad. If you want to install one on your scale for additional ground contact and stability you will need to order the SnapPad Jack Stand Pad # SN47FR separately. These are really nice to have but not required to use the scale.

What kind of trailer are you towing?

Thanks. I nam pulling a 18 foot cargo trailer,20 footb boat and 28 foot rvel trailer. The scale works great.
