Do you sell a 5 stud, 5.5 inch bolt circle hub that fits this spindle?

While we have an option for you, the Agricultural Spindle # TRU54FR uses uncommon bearings, so there isn't a hub for it with a 5 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern, just the 4 on 5" Trailer Hub Assembly # AH15450ECOMP.

What you can use instead is a more common #84 spindle, which does have a hub with a 5 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern available:

- #84 Spindle for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # TRU24FR

- Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-555-35-K

This will give you a hub assembly with the bolt pattern you need and because the hub is pre-grease it will be ready to go once you receive it. I have added some links below to video reviews for you to check out as well if you'd like to take a look.
