  I've got a solution for you. Unfortunately the CE Smith Front/Rear Hanger Bracket for Double-Eye Springs - part # CE14026G you looked at aren't going to work. I measured the mounting hole on it and they are on 1 9/16" centers which means half of each hole will be covered by your trailer frame.
