On your triple axle hanger kit APTT3, the hangers have a 1.5 and a 2.5 size of the hanger. Is this from the center of the bolt hole, or over all length?

The height measurement of the hangers in the Redline Triple-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit, part # APTT3, is from the top of the hanger to the center of the bolt hole.
The 1-1/2 inch tall hanger is the Redline Front/Rear Hanger for Double-Eye Springs, part # 115917 and the 2-1/2 inch tall hanger is the Redline Center Hanger for Double-Eye Springs, part # 115918.
I am including a picture of the hanger and it shows where the dimension is measured.
