Trailer Suspension Parts with hangers for clean installs

Set up your leaf springs right with hangers that fit your build. Match the width and style (double eye or slipper) and the bolt hole diameter, and note that a single-axle setup with 25-1/4 inch springs uses 24-7/8 inches between hangers. Some options weld on, while galvanized pieces can bolt in, and you may need shackle straps if your trailer uses an odd length.
Both options exist. Some heavy duty galvanized Hangers bolted in as planned with no welding required. Others were welded to the trailer frame during a rebuild. Reusing existing brackets can save welding if they're in good shape. If welding is needed, have a qualified welder cut off the old Hangers and install the new ones to protect the frame.
