Building a single axle trailer you will need the following items to install leaf springs. I have listed the part numbers for the PR626 Springs next to the items needed.
2 Springs - # e27SR
2 Front Hangers - # 115917, 1-1/2 inch tall or # 28-5, 3-1/4 inches tall
2 Rear Hangers - # 30-20, with 1-1/2 inch or # 93003-3x, with 3-1/4 inch
4 Shackle Straps - # TRSL313
6 Shackle Bolts and Nuts - # 166081
These components are available in the following Kits.
Single Axle Trailer Hanger Kit 1-1/2 inch Tall Front, item # APS1
Single Trailer Axle Hanger Kit for 2K Axles 3-1/4 inch Tall Front, item # APS5
To attach springs to the axles you will need U-Bolts and U-Bolt Plates that match the springs and axles you will be using.
If you are hanging dual or triple axles there are other consideration to take into account such as axle spacing and placement to get the proper tongue weight on the trailer so it will tow properly. Axle spacing will depend on the wheel/tire combination you plan to use and the hubs on the axles. The extra parts needed will be equalizers, center hangers, equalizer nuts and bolts and extra shackle straps, not to mention another set of springs.
