See what our Experts say about this TruRyde Trailer Spindles

  • Agricultural Hub Availability
It sounds like you have an agricultural hub like the part # TRU54FR that has a diameter of .75 where the inner bearing rides. You will need to measure the spindle of your trailer to verify this. Where the outer bearing rides will need to be 1.25 inches, the seal surface diameter 1.50 inches. The only hub we have to fit this hub would be the part # AH15450ECOMP.

  • Recommended Replacements for an Older Trailer Hub
Having an inner bearing # LM48548 and outer bearing # LM11949 is definitely going to make things a bit difficult. I went through all the hub options we have available, but none will match your set up, unfortunately. That being said, we should be able to get replacement lugs for you. This will depend on the size needed, but the # 7-122 will be 2 inches long with a 1/2 diameter, the # K916WB25 will be 2 1/2 inches long with a 9/16 diameter, and the # 7-232 will be 2 3/4 inches long with...

  • Dimensions of AH15450ECOMP Agricultural Trailer Hub Assembly
The hub face of the # AH15450ECOMP Agricultural Hub is 6-1/4 inches in diameter, and the overall depth is 4 inches. The hub has an inner hub bore diameter of 2.328 inches with an outer bore diameter of 1.781 inches. I've shown these dimensions in the provided photo. The hub has a 1500 lb each/3000 lb per axle, and is designed for low speed applications. The bolt pattern is 4 on 5 (4 lugs on 5 inches, center to center). The hub includes the inner and outer bearings and races, the grease...

  • Replacement Hub for a 3/4 Inch Diameter Straight Spindle
The only hub we have that is associated with a 3/4 inch spindle is # AH15450ECOMP. This is an agricultural hub that takes inner bearing # LM67048 and outer bearing # LM11949. But the spindle it fits on is not straight, it is tapered, # TRU54FR. If this is a kit trailer then in order to replace the hubs, wheels, and tires you are going to have to replace the axle. I have included a link to the right to the straight axles and the axle-less systems that we have. The axle-less systems may...

  • Hub Recommendation for Spindle with Diameters of .75 and 1.25 inches
From the measurements you gave me, it sounds like you have an Agricultural Spindle like # TRU54FR that uses # LM67048 Inner bearing and # LM11949 Outer bearing. For a hub assembly with a 4 on 5 bolt pattern # AH15450ECOMP will work and the bearings, seal and cap are included. I linked the parts along with a few review videos for you to reference.

  • Replacement Trailer Hubs For Spindle That Uses 1-1/4" Inner Bearing and 3/4" Outer Bearing
The Agricultural Trailer Hub Assembly # AH15450ECOMP is what you are looking for. It uses a Inner Bearing # LM67048 which has an inner diameter of 1.250" and an Outer Bearing # LM11949 with an inner diameter of .750". You can verify that the Grease Seal # SL150 with the inner diameter of 1.500" matches your spindle. I did notice that there is a lot of scratches on your spindle. If these are deep grooves that your fingernail will catch on you should replace your Spindles # TRU54FR so that...

  • Replacement Hubs For Trailer With 3/4 Inch Outer Diameter Spindle That Is Straight
The only hub we have that is currently available for a 3/4 inch spindle is Item # AH15450ECOMP. This is an agricultural hub that fits 3,000 lbs axles for 4 on 5 inch bolt pattern. It takes an inner bearing, Item # LM67048, and outer bearing, Item # LM11949. It is meant to be used for low speed (less than 20 mph) agricultural applications. It is designed for a spindle like Item # TRU54FR. If you can find the actual bearing number on your old bearings and seal or can send me a bearing...

  • What Spindle is Needed for LM67048 Inner and LM11949 Outer Bearings
The spindle we show for the # LM67048 inner and # LM11949 outer bearing is the # TRU54FR Agricultural Spindle. We do not list the distance between the inner and outer bearing so I cannot verify that dimension for you. You can order the spindle, item # TRU54FR, using the link below if you like.

  • Spindle Identification on an Old Horse Trailer
Based on the diameter of the spindle where the seal rides and the outer bearing dimension being .75 it sounds like you have the agricultural spindle # TRU54FR. Check out the chart in the product description that shows all of the dimensions of the spindle to verify this. You will need to use a dial caliper or micrometer to get an exact measurement. Only problem is that none of the hubs we offer that will fit this spindle are hub and drums nor have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. If I am...

This hub comes with the bearings, seal, grease cap and lug bolts. This hub fits spindle # TRU54FR. • Looking For Spindle With LM67048 Inner And LM11949 Outer Bearing
Hello Brandon. Well, this isn't reddit, but we do offer one spindle that used the LM67048 (1.25" inner diameter) inner bearing and the LM11949 (0.75" inner diameter) outer bearing. Take a look at the Agricultural Spindle for 3,000-lb Trailer Axles # TRU54FR. The # DX22XR does use a different seal though, so in order to use the # TRU54FR spindle you will need the # SL150 seal as well. I have included detailed dimensions of the # TRU54FR spindle below for your reference.

  • Which Outer Bearing Mates with Inner Bearing LM67048 on a 4-Bolt Hub
We have a 4-bolt hub that uses LM67048 as the inner bearing and an LM11949 bearing as the outer. That is the only hub/bearing configuration we have for an LM67048 inner bearing. It is typically a hub found in agricultural trailer applications. The hub is part # AH15450ECOMP if you want to take a look at it and see if it looks like your hub. I pulled one of the LM11949 bearings from our warehouse to measure. When measuring bearings, you really need to use a dial caliper. A tape measure...

  • Trailer Spindle & Hub With 5 on 5-1/2 Bolt Pattern
While we have an option for you, the Agricultural Spindle # TRU54FR uses uncommon bearings, so there isn't a hub for it with a 5 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern, just the 4 on 5" Trailer Hub Assembly # AH15450ECOMP. What you can use instead is a more common #84 spindle, which does have a hub with a 5 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern available: - #84 Spindle for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # TRU24FR - Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-555-35-K This will give you...

The hub, # AH15450ECOMP, also has a 4 on 5 bolt pattern. The grease seal is also going to depend on the measurements of your spindle and we do not have any matching the dimensions you gave. • Replacement Hub for Old Pontoon Boat Trailer With L11949 and LM67048 Bearings
It sounds like your existing hub uses a LM67048 inner/LM11949 bearing. • Replacing The Spindle On A Tandem Axle Boat Trailer
Hi Randy, The spindles we offer are more for OEM use for companies that actually build axles and trailers and would honestly not be the best option for your situation. Welding on the spindle requires extreme precision so that everything is perfectly straight. Usually the welder will have to use a special jig to line the spindle up with the axle tube, which typically ends up costing more than just replacing the axle. If you know someone that would be capable of doing it for cheap that's...
