From the measurements you gave me, it sounds like you have an Agricultural Spindle like # TRU54FR that uses # LM67048 Inner bearing and # LM11949 Outer bearing.
For a hub assembly with a 4 on 5 bolt pattern # AH15450ECOMP will work and the bearings, seal and cap are included.

I also have the same spindle dimensions. My hubs are 5x4.5 studs and the hub width is a small 3.5 inches. I could replace the bearings but I'm not sure I'll find a seal that'll fit. Any suggestions? Thank you.
