What Spindle is Needed for LM67048 Inner and LM11949 Outer Bearings

i need a spindle .. i have inner bearing lm 67048.. the outter bearing is lm 11949.. it is on farm implement.. 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern. . the distance from inner bearing to outter bearing 3.5 inches .. thank you
