Question:
Is it possible to use LM67048/LM67010 and LM11949/LM11910 bearings and races in the dexter 8-248 hubs? The axle I am using is 1.25inch to 0.75inch spindle measurements and I happen to have these dexter hubs already on hand.

Based on the spindle dimensions you listed it sounds like you have an agricultural spindle # TRU54FR and the only hub we carry designed to fit that would be the # AH15450ECOMP.
There is no way to get a 2-48 hub to fit your spindle.
