This was just what I needed. The legs work perfectly. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, there were pieces missing from the shipment and I had to purchase the missing items from a local hardware store. Also one gear box was locked up and I had to take it apart to find a piece of a wire tie inside blocking the gears. Once the piece of plastic was removed works like a charm. The fast delivery makes up for the slight inconvenience. The legs are holding my 5th wheel up with pride.

Had some issues with the mounting brackets that were in the trailer. We didn't use the brackets that came with the kit as that would have involved cutting out the old brackets and welding in the brackets that came with the kit. We were able to get the legs installed with minimal effort and the rest of the installation went without any other issues.

I received my new landing gear, and it was what I expected. I have not installed it yet, but after putting a temporary fix on my old unit last year, I'm sure this unit will work. The packaging is not great, I actually thought the gear box that came with was used it was so dirty, but it has no installation marks on it, so I believe it's new. The trucking company used drove off my driveway cracking the edge of the asphalt, so I'm not real excited about that either. Other than those two things, it will work...

Thanks for all that good info, and what you have is the Ultra-Fab Deluxe Electric Landing Gear Set # UF17-943010, which you can replace with a Lippert set with a high speed motor on you RV, though you will need to have new brackets welded on. Landing Gear Set to Replace Atwood Set on 1998 Excel Peterson with Atwood Landing Gear
The landing gear part # RVLG-8HDL would bolt right up to your RV that had Atwood landing gear but since you just bought a Stromberg Carlson motor your best option would be to go with the Lippert manual landing gear set part # LC333966 instead as this also bolts right up to your RV but will allow you to also use the motor you have. Since we do not currently carry any Fulton brands for landing gear, I recommend replacing both legs. Having 2 different brands for your landing gear could result in an uneven leveling experience since their adjustments could be slightly different. If the brand of landing gear you have now on your Keystone Laredo is a Ram brand then yes you could reuse it's motor with the # RVLG-8HDL. The Atwood name on the picture is because Lippert bought out Atwood and this is the correct fit. The gearbox measures 6-1/2" long x 5-1/2" wide x 7" tall.
