  I would be happy to help! The only difference between the Brophy Cable Camper Jacks # CJ31 and # CJ41 is the weight capacity. The # CJ31 has a 1000lb weight capacity where the # CJ41 has a 3000lb capacity. Both have the same 17" - 57" lift range, so you will just need to pick the one rated high enough for the weight of your truck bed camper/cargo box. That stability will make the jack very difficult to tip to the front or the back. You will need to use two jacks, one per side.   As long as the bed rails on your truck are not more than 57" from the ground then you could certainly use the Brophy Cable Camper Jacks part # CJ31 to lift the camper shell up from your truck bed. Once lifted, you could just simply drive away and the camper shell will be left standing. This is certainly not the intended purpose of these cable jacks but if it were my camper, I would want two jacks on each side for support.

  If you're needing the 67" max lift then you can get two of the 1,500 lb version # CJ74H. Same Max Lift just half the weight capacity. If you do not really need up to 67 inches of lift, you can get the # CJ31 that will have a Max Lift of 57 inches and a capacity of 1,000 lbs. Since they don't sit at a perfect 90 degree angle they will be slightly under the L-brackets that you will be lifting with. This should not be an issue though as the the lowest height the brackets can get to is 17 inches.
