Features to know about

Stops the Sway Instantly

Stepping inside and feeling your whole rig shift is enough to make anyone wish for a sturdier setup. Drinks slosh in their cups, you get jolted awake when someone walks to the bathroom at night, and even trying to relax is tough when every movement sends a ripple through the floor. That kind of wobble wears on you after a while. The I-Beam Stabilizer puts an end to all that, trading that floating on a dock feeling for the confidence of solid ground under your feet.

Fast, Drill-Free Mounting

Install on I-beam

The stabilizer arms slide onto the outer lip of your I-beam and lock in place, so you can get set up or packed up in minutes without drilling, welding, or making permanent changes. When you're ready to pack up, just store the components in the included carry bag.

Universal Fit for I-Beams

Unobstructed and min height

Works on nearly any fifth wheel or trailer with accessible, unobstructed I-beam frames on both sides. All you need is 12" or more clearance between the bottom of the I-beam and the ground at your chosen install location. Each arm is fully adjustable, so you get a perfect fit whether your rig sits high or low. Just extend the arms to match your frame height and ground slope for maximum contact and support.

Ratchet Strap for Maximum Rigidity

ratchet installed

The included ratchet strap connects the two stabilizer arms and lets you dial in exactly how much tension you want, eliminating slack, reducing frame flex, and boosting side-to-side stability.

Made in the USA

Like every MORryde product, the I-Beam Stabilizer is made in the USA and engineered for years of trouble-free use, even in rough weather.

Video Transcript for Review of MORryde Camper Jacks - I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer - MR96RV

Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our MORryde I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer for your fifth wheel of travel trailers. So folks, you've done it many times. You stepped inside of your whole rig after you've set up camp, you feel like you're just shifting back and forth. Sometimes your drinks lost in their cups, people wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathrooms, and now you're waking up because everything is back and forth rocking and just jarring and everything. Every single movement is like a ripple effect through the floor.

So that kind of wobble is gonna wear on you after a while, it's gonna be irritating and you're not gonna get much sleep. Well, this will put an end to that. This is the I-Beam Stabilizer by MORryde. And what it's gonna do when it's installed properly is give you two down angle legs, if you will, that kind of go down, sit flat on the surface, and then they have a strap between them to keep them from kind of sliding left to right as well as an extra stabilizer. And they're gonna give you confidence and solidness underneath your camper.

So these will decrease rocking immensely and they kind of, like I said, sit at an angle, one on each side and they will attach to the I-Beam of your camper trailer. And they are adjustable, you can simply pull this spring loaded clip out. You have all these adjustments on this one pole. So it looks like one, two, three, four, six, seven holes. And then you would just adjust that however you need to as far as what specific angle you need to reach on that I-beam.

And then you'd put your pin back in place. And then obviously from there you may have to, you know, spin the angle to where now the foot is touching the ground solid. You do that on both sides. Then you take this included simple strap, ratchet strap, you put that on one side of each of them in the middle and that kind of pulls them down and locks them into place. And you even get a nice travel bag here that's weatherproof and that's gonna keep everything nice and clean in one spot.

You can just throw it inside your toolbox or compartment or something. There's no drilling or welding required. The brackets simply slide onto the outer lip of that I-Beam, giving you a super fast install. And again, that ratchet keeps the trailer planted in place. Now this is made for fifth wheels and trailers with I-Beam frames and it fits rigs with open I-Beams. And you need 12 inches of clearance below the frame. So if you had that 12 inches of clearance below the frame, this would be able to come down enough to give you stability again, one on both sides of that camper. And like I said, whenever you're done, you're ready to leave the campsite, you just simply close everything back down, pop your pins back in place so that way you don't lose anything, and then you can take your bag here and you can put everything right back inside for easy storage until the next time that you're out camping. So this really is a great product. It is simple, but it really does a great job. The installers here have been doing a lot of these on different campers here locally and everything, and the customers love them. So again, it's a simple thing, but it works. And this is our look together at the MORryde I-Beam Mount Stabilizer. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.

  • Which MORryde Stabilizer is Better? The Hitch or I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer?
Hey Keith. Both the MORryde Hitch Mounted Stabilizer item # MR22AR and the I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer item # MR96RV are comparable when it comes to the support they provide. If you have the optional 2" hitch, I recommend going with the Hitch Mounted Stabilizer item # MR22AR simply for the ease of installation and break down. It looks like the rear landing gear is in front of the axles on the Brinkley Z 2900s. The hitch mounted option will definitely be more beneficial. Do you have a...

  • Rear Stabilizer Jacks for Grand Design Reflection 295RL
Hey David! For your Grand Design Reflection 295RL I recommend the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Manual Stabilizer # UF39-941704. This will provide support across the width of your 5th wheel to remove any unwanted movement. It has a bolt-on installation and adjusts to fit frames 48" to 80" wide so it will be a perfect fit. If you would prefer an electric stabilizer this is also available with dual motors # UF39-941705. Since the motors operate individually you have the added benefit of side to...

  • How Do I Mount The MORryde I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer for 5th Wheels and Travel Trailers
Hey, Jay! For the MORryde I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer part # MR96RV, you are going to attach it to the bottom of the I-beam. I've included a link to our install video and attached an image of how it will look once attached to the beam. What camper are you wanting to use this on?

  • Do I Need One or Two of the MORryde I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer for a 35' Long 5th Wheel Trailer?
Hey Mike. For a 5th wheel trailer that long, I recommend using two of the MORryde I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer item # MR96RV. Mounting one of these in the front a few feet back from your landing gear and then one in the back is going to take care of any swaying or rocking feeling inside your trailer. The MORryde item # MR96RV requires exposed I-beams to mount and 12" or more inches of clearance from the bottom of the I-beam to the ground. What year and model 5th wheel trailer do you have?

  • Is The MORryde I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer MR96RV Steel Or Aluminum?
Good question, Kevin! I wasn't 100% sure, so I asked MORryde. The square tubes/posts on the MORryde I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer for 5th Wheels and Travel Trailers # MR96RV are painted aluminum. What are you wanting to install this on?
