Say goodbye to the hassle of finding level ground for your RV! The Leveling Scissor Jack Set by Stromberg Carlson offers up to 24 inches of lift, ensuring your camper remains steady on any surface. Whether you’re setting up on a soft patch of grass or a paved campsite, the wide bow-tie base gives it the stability you need for a worry-free camping experience.
Worried about stabilizing heavy loads? Each jack in this set boasts a 5,000-pound capacity, providing a combined force of up to 10,000 pounds for your RV or trailer. This ensures that your setup remains rock-solid, even when dealing with high-capacity RVs or when parked off-road.
No more struggling with mounting your stabilizer jacks. These scissor jacks can be either bolted or welded onto your trailer, offering flexibility regardless of your installation method preference. They provide a perfect fit for various setups, from fifth wheel campers to RV motorhomes.
Built from robust steel, these jacks are made to withstand the elements and the test of time. Their sturdy design makes them superior to many factory-installed options, providing peace of mind that your investment will last, trip after trip.
From travel trailers to teardrop campers, these jacks accommodate a diverse range of vehicle needs. Whether you're a weekend tripper or a full-time road warrior, their adaptability makes them an ideal choice for stabilizing your home on wheels.
Adjust your jacks with ease using the supplied crank handle. The streamlined design ensures quick and trouble-free operation to get your RV stable without breaking a sweat, giving you more time to relax after setting up your camp.
These jacks are designed to stabilize a portion of your trailer's weight, not to support the full GVWR of your trailer. Do not use these jacks to lift your trailer or RV. Doing so will exceed the capacity of the jacks.

Speaker 1: Today you'll be getting a look at and seeing how to install the Stromberg Carlson Leveling Scissor Jack Set, with a quantity of two, part number JSC-24. They're also available in a quantity of one, with part number JSC-24-IND.You can bet on this pair of jacks. These scissor jacks from Stromberg Carlson are great for stabilizing and leveling your camper. As you can see, if your trailer is out of level, you can use your scissor jacks to level it. Check it out. Much better.
As you can see, without your scissor jacks engaged, there's a lot of movement in your trailer. With your scissor jacks engaged, all that extra movement is gone. They're adjustable between four and 24 inches and they have a 5000 pound weight capacity per jack. You can easily raise and lower them with the included crank handle. It's going to work out great on most surfaces.
As you can see, we're on concrete here. The bow-tie base is going to keep it steady even on soft surfaces. They're a bolt-on or weld-on installation. We'll go ahead and show you how to bolt them on now. Here you can see our old rusted out stabilizer jack. It's bent.
We're going to be replacing it. I've gone ahead and removed the old stabilizer. Let's bring in our new one. With our new one, you can see it's got multiple mounting locations. It's completely universal.
Now, you may or not be able to use your same mounting holes and locations. What you need to do is hold it up and figure out where it's going to work best. Now, once you've found a good location to install your stabilizer jack, you want to be sure that you can still easily access your drive nut, which is going to raise and lower your stabilizer jack. You'll want to raise your jack up to where it's making contact with your frame where you want to install it. Then you can mark your holes. Now, there are six holes on each side. I'm only going to be using four total, two on each side. You can use whichever holes work out best for you. Once you've got your holes marked, go ahead and move the jack out of the way, and then you can begin drilling out your holes. I'm going to be drilling out quarter-inch holes. If you'd like to, you can use a pilot bit and then drill out your final size. All right. With all those drilled out, you can go ahead and install your stabilizer jack. You will have to provide your own hardware.I'm just using some quarter-inch bolts with some flat washers and lock nuts. Now you can bring your jack back in and align your holes. Now you'll just loosely install all your hardware. Now we can tighten up our hardware. Now you can raise up your jack and it's ready for when you need it. That's going to complete your look at the Stromberg Carlson Leveling Scissor Jack set.
