Question:
I have replaced the shaft on my follow leg before. Now I would like to change that same shaft to the lead leg shaft in order to add a motor for dual lift Venture landing gear. Do you sell the following parts or better yet a kit Lead leg shafthalf circle gear reduction box landing gear motor switch Thanks If I omitted a necessary part, please correct me.

My contact at Lippert Components confirmed that their manual landing gear # LC333966 can indeed be converted to powered operation later on through use of their motor kit # LC142178 and switch kit # LG-145236. You can use the same gearbox that comes with the manual landing gear.
There would be no need to convert the follow leg to the shaft of a lead leg.
Venture and Lippert landing gear brands are the same.
If you are looking for a way to convert your landing to a dual motor setup there's really no way to do that without replacing the follow leg with a lead leg, adding a motor and gear box, adding an additional switch and eliminating the cross shaft.
For a lead leg you would need part # LC179013, for a gear box # LG-179015 and then motor # LC142178 and switch kit # LG-145236
