The weld-on design makes it part of the trailer frame once installed. It fits a standard 3"-wide channel tongue and includes a heavy-duty 2-5/16" ball coupler up front. This solid connection keeps everything aligned and secure when you’re towing on uneven ground or backing into tight spaces.
This Model 10 actuator comes with the master cylinder, damper shocks, damper pin, and breakaway kit already in place. It’s set up for hydraulic drum brakes and arrives with a primed finish so you can paint it to match your trailer before final welding. Everything you need to get your brake system working smoothly is already built in.
As soon as your tow vehicle slows, the actuator senses that forward surge and applies pressure to the master cylinder. That hydraulic pressure feeds directly into your trailer’s drum brakes for synchronized stopping that feels natural and controlled from behind the wheel.

After a year of replacing my titan brake actuator im extremely pleased with the quality and works as good as if not better than the original.
