The air distribution box has a built-in thermostat and accommodates ducted and ductless systems. The 2 knobs allow you to manually control the fan and temperature settings. One knob controls the 3 fan speed settings, which let you increase or decrease airflow. The other knob allows you to set the temperature. It also features 2 slotted registers to maximize airflow in your RV. The registers can be closed to divert more air to the ducts in a ducted system.

This product is junk. First time using it, it kept freezing up and blowing fuses. I called an RV AC guy out and he said he did not recommend this unit for these very reasons. He offered to replace it that day with a Coleman but I could not afford it after buying this one. In the meantime, he told me to just run it for a 30 minutes and then turn off to de-frost for the same amount of time so that's what I had to do for the whole week. It was hot and awful. When I came home my husband called the company and got no help. Will never buy their junk again.

The Furrion air box Is one of the more visually pleasing distribution boxes out there. I'd give it 4 stars for looks. Unfortunately when it comes to distributing the air, it does a horrible job. The actual Furrion AC itself is great. Super powerful. But when you slip the box onto the ceiling, the vent has such a tiny slits for outtake airflow, it's nearly impossible to push all that air out quick enough. It's a like a kitchen spigot connected to a fire hydrant. The inside of the foam insulated vent is now starting to bubble up making the outtake vents almost impossible to push air out one side. It's really unfortunate.
Recently purchased a furrion air conditioner and air distribution box with built in controls as a second air conditioner in our camper. Nice looking unit easy install and etrailer was very helpful throughout the whole process. The front half has a 13.5 btu Coleman Mach air condition and the 15.5btu furrion is for the bedroom. Without a doubt the coleman out preformed the furrion. Some issues with the furrion even at the lowest set point it was still not cool. The compressor would constantly turn off after a short time of running and still warm temperature in the bedroom. We recently spent 5 days in the camper with temps in the mid to upper 80’s three of the five days the furrion iced up and I had to turn it off and let it sit before turning back on. I know it is clean And free of debris because the trip was taken the same week it was installed. The Coleman pumped cold air without skipping a beat and cooled 2/3 of the camper while the furrion was on and off non stop before it would ice up and blow warm air while only cooling the bedroom which it could barely do. It’s possible I got a dud but if I was looking to install over again I would not got with the furrion.
Clear instructions and easy installation after I adapted my 2" van ceiling to accommodate the 3 1/2" minimum thickness required by Furrion. The Furrion AC unit and air distribution box are definitely an upgrade to the previous system that was damaged by a tree limb. etrailer exceeded my expectations for quality of product and speed of delivery.
I wish Furion would have offered the newer version of the distribution box that’s compatible with existing prewired thermostats. Now I’m considering replacing them with the newer version.

Horrible design. No air dumps like all other rv ad units. Air flow is restricted with two puny little exit registers and to make matters worse, the air exits the unit as close to the ceiling as possible. Just a very poor execution engineering (or lack thereof) by someone who has probably never owned an RV. Additionally, the control knobs are not marked with contrasting indicators so that you can actually see what the unit is set on. Just overall very crappy. Not happy.
This Furrion 14.500 is quiet and very cold air. Had no problems with unit running on a 115 amp circuit. I do not care to much about the distribution box due to the air directions.

Got the distribution box really quick, installed it as soon as it came in, and leaving to go on a riding trip Sunday. Easy install and works great. It is installed with a Furrion 14.5 roof top AC in a 26ft. cargo trailer that I converted to a toy hauler with living quarters.

Have not installed the 2nd A/C yet and this is not a product review. I rated 5 stars for etrailer's excellent service. The package arrived quickly and the contents were complete, properly packed and not broken.

Shipping was fast! Everything was there box was damaged but everything looks intact.
Overall pretty pleased with the set up. I wish the out flow had adjustable louvers to push the air down.

This is a very nice looking ADB. With a 15.5K AC, you can't hear or feel the different fan speeds, and the AC freezes up. With the help from Furrion Support, we will try to get the AC working better this coming summer! I've read from other reviewers, and I'm not the only one with this problem!
Fan speed doesn't change. Not really happy with this.

Good, I wish it would shut down when not cooling instead of running continuously it can be annoying.

I will have our customer service team reach out to you. The unit does have a 2 year limited warranty. We have found that if the unit is freezing up that a filter change is required.
