    We do have a base plate fit for your 2001 GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4x4 but the Roadmaster Base Plate Kit part # 3101-1 is not a fit. In order to get the correct fit the 2001 GMC Sierra you have to measure from the lower-most threaded hole on the side of the frame to the center of the elongated hole on the bottom of the frame.
